2、專業知識、工作本事和具體工作。我20__年6月份來到長沙鐵建城庫公司第三項目部工作，擔任項目部資料管理工作。資料管理工作比較瑣碎，但爲了搞好工作，我不怕麻煩，向領導請教、向同事學習、自我摸索實踐，在很短的時間內便熟悉了資料管理的工作，明確了工作的程序、方向，提高了工作本事，在具體的工作中構成了一個清晰的工作思路，能夠順利的開展工作並熟練圓滿地完成本職工作。在這一年中，我本着“把工作做的更好”這樣一個目標，開拓創新意識，進取圓滿的完成了以下本職工作：

轉眼之間爲期二十六天的實習就在我的逐步摸索中結束了，在這段時間裏，我感覺每一天都很充實，工作讓我覺得整個人渾身都是衝勁，個人的精神面貌也跟在學校的課堂上完全不同，遺憾的是我還能完全掌握施工各個階段的技術，沒能做出一套詳細完整的施工資料，我在湖南城市學院的最後一次實習，就這樣結束了。

有遺憾，才印象深刻，毋庸置疑，這次實習是我快速成長，逐漸成熟過程間，在實習的這些日子裏，我收穫的不僅僅是一個資料員工作的經歷，更是多方面結合的果實，它在一定程度上減少了我將來踏入社會的一些盲目性，讓我在今後的工作道路中能夠走的更自信。

因爲在半年前我就已經在這個項目上做過近一個月的實習資料員，所以對整個工程項目施工現場都在一定程度上有所瞭解，因而再次回到這個項目這個工地這個辦公室，心裏頗爲感慨，甚至有些小雀躍小激動，回到這裏，大家都表示歡迎，特別是師傅和資料員姐姐，依然對我照顧有加，給了我很多幫助，教會了我更多的知識，有關於做人做事，於我自身於我未來的道路旅程都是一筆名貴的不可言喻的財富。我相信，有了這段時間的鍛鍊，不管以後從事什麼樣的工作任職什麼樣的崗位，都有了一種吃苦耐勞的毅力。

在二十六天的實習工作中，相較於上一次的實習，這一回我有了很多很深刻的認識，也意識和體會到，工地現場與書本上講的很多理論知識並不太一致。比如，實際上工地的現場環境是較爲混亂的，雖然現場管理機構方面存在一定缺陷，但最大的障礙還是次序難以維持，施工班組人員並不是嚴格按照規章制度辦事，而課本上對於這方面的描述則是相對理想化的，這也就是理論和實踐存在的差距。

另外，在其他幾個方面我也有了新的認識。對與人溝通的認識，在工作過程中學會了與同事友好相處，虛心向他們請教，學會了與建設方、監理方溝通協調，尤其是與建設方的溝通，以體現我們不是爲他們服務，而是在整個施工過程中慢慢獲得他們的高度認可和肯定。我覺得自己能做得更好，並能不斷承擔起他們給我的任務。任務也由簡單到複雜，隨之能力也在不斷地提高。

對資料員工作的有了更加深刻的認識，雖然課本上並沒有多少講述，但在實際的工作中卻是十分重要的，特別是以安全生產和全面的組織協調爲核心內容。在實習期間，我積極學習和閱讀過一部分施工階段的資料，並瞭解到它有着嚴格的分類標準，可分爲：開工前資料、質量驗收資料、試驗資料、材料、產品、構配件等合格證資料、施工過程資料、必要時應增補的資料、竣工資料、建築工程質量監督存檔資料等，其中又可細分爲幾十上百種類型的資料。

這期間，我也逐步熟悉了本工程的建設情況。另外又閱讀了施工組織設計、安全規章制度等，懂得了每個工序每個部分的要求都應該按規範明確表示。將自己以前書本所學的東西應用於實踐之外，並且格外的注意學習書本上沒有但是實際操作中卻很有用的東西。

當然，在實習的過程中我也存在着很多的不足。工作方式不夠靈活，由於知識面狹窄和對規範及施工程序理解的不夠透徹，導致工作中的處理能力有所欠缺，不能很好地協調工作，考慮問題不夠全面。打算在以後的工作中要多學習管理協調以及現場技術能力。做到言行要嚴謹，做事要有條理，在文件處理及行文方面需要多下功夫，以保證行文的準確性和高度概括性，專業方面更是有很多需要加強的地方。

在認識了自己實習工作中的不足以後，就確定了我今後努力的方向，首先要加強自己的管理能力，改進一些不當的工作方式，其次要都熟悉施工規範，深入理解一些理論知識，對施工質量的驗收做到心中有數。最後要加強交流交際能力，學會與各方面的專業人士各部門的各級領導人員打好交道。

緊張而充實的畢業實習生活結束了，在這近一個多月裏我又有了不少的收穫。

通過這次實習, 增強了自己對專業的熱情，讓我明白建築行業是一個非常具有挑戰性的職業,將來在這個行業工作,對自己來說將是很大的挑戰。爲了以後能夠勝任這項工作,現在就必須踏踏實實的學好技術。因此自己要努力學習,爲將來工作打下堅實的基礎。通過這次實習，增強了自己的交際能力，提高了自己的理論水平,增強了自己的實際操作能力。在建築這個涉及多個行業的行業，你將面對一個複雜的交際圈, 同時也有可以接觸很多不同的對象，增強自己的交際能力,讓自己在以後的生活中更加自信,更加堅強!

我知道，自己做得還不夠好，所以將來的日子我更有理由去努力學習，提高專業知識，更加嚴格要求自己，不斷學習和積累，挖掘自己的潛能，爭取早日成爲一個合格的土木工程技術人!
