在思想上，與黨中央保持一致，我堅持四項基本原則，認真學習三個代表重要思想。本人要求積極上進，熱愛祖國、熱愛人民，擁護中國共產黨的領導、擁護各項方針政策，遵守國家的法律法規及各項規章制度積極向黨組織靠攏，向黨遞交入黨申請書;有很強的上進心，勇於批評與自我批評，樹立了正確的人生觀和價值觀。服從命令，聽衆指揮。

畢業實習經歷

一、政治思想方面：

二、在業務方面：
在這一年裏本人能自覺遵守醫院的各項規章制度，服從科室領導的各項安排，認真履行自我的崗位職責，完成各項護理操作，學會認真對待每一件事情，在用心的同時更能細心的幫忙病人解決每一件事情，認真接待每一位病人，把每一位病人都當成自我的朋友，親人。認真做好醫療文書的書寫工作，認真學習科室文件書寫規範，認真書寫一般護理記錄，危重護理記錄及搶救記錄，對於自我的工作，嚴格要求自我，三查七對，牢記三基。
三、增強法律意識
