一)作爲國中數學教研組組長，擔負着整個國中數學教學教研發展方向的重任，因此在學期初就制定了本學期的數學教研計劃。由於今年國中部教學班級增多，教學任務加重，數學作爲一門主學科，任重而道遠。尤其是七年級，兩位老師都是新聘任的，需儘快熟悉教學。在數學教學與教研中，我們堅定不移進一步深化“杜郎口”和“洋思”教學改革，將每週的週一下午第一節做爲固定的數學教研時間，在教研活動中，對各年級本週教學內容及重點難點進行把關，並對各種公開課和教研活動進行集體教研和通告，努力完成各種教學任務，切實做到了使數學教學工作不拖學校工作的後腿，有效的杜絕了教學事故的出現。

二)作爲初四年級一班班主任，擔負着明年會考的重任以及學校的期望。由於，這一屆學生仍然是新接的班，對學生情況不熟悉。學期初，我用了一個月左右的時間逐步瞭解、認識、熟悉了全班學生，接着進行了大刀闊斧的改革。首先細心挑選班幹部，大膽鼓勵他們在班上開展工作，同時加強指導，讓他們儘可能快的成熟，有力地進行班級管理。在班幹部逐漸成熟的時候，在班級內實行了議會制管理，對班級內的事物進行了量化管理，並對老師的教學進行可行性分析，使教學盡力向師生都有利於教學的方向發展。並進行每月一次選舉，使得責任心強的同學有了更大的發展空間。

開好主題班會是我們的另一個工作重點。作爲初四學生，學習是重中之重。在主題班會中，我們注意加強科學用腦方面的思想教育，以及學生個人心理調適，科學的休息法，記憶法，科學的身體煅煉，營養搭配，科學用腦的最新成果等，各項工作都以真正有利於學生的學習爲主，力爭明年會考取得一個比較理想的成績。
