在校期間,在學校的指導、老師的教誨、同學的幫助下,通過不斷地學習理論知識和參與社會實踐,自覺自己的綜合素質在很大程度上得到了提升,努力將自己塑造成爲一個專業功底紮實、知識結構完善、適應能力強、具有團體協作精神的青年

當然,本人還存在很多不足之處,諸如:一是學習成績還不是十分優秀,三年來,雖然我的成績一直在進步,但卻始終達不到最理想的狀態,主要原因是基礎比較薄弱,加上剛進大學時,學習的環境變寬鬆了,學習更多需要的是自主性,於是,長期在老師、家長督導下學習的我,一度迷失了方向和動力,幸虧後來在老師、輔導員和同學的幫助下,我從迷失中找回了方向,從而迎頭趕上,但因此也落下了一些課程。 二是與同學的聯繫還不夠緊密,和同學交流較少,主要原因是自己作息的時間安排上不夠合理,未能十分有效地工作與學習,導致時間使用的緊張,無意中減少了與同學交流的時間。其次,由於自己性格比較內向,不善言談,又擔心找同學交流會打擾他們的休息,造成沒能積極主動的和同學進行交流、瞭解同學們的所感所想。

在今後的日子裏,我會從自身找原因,改進缺點不足,改善學習方法,提高理論水平,在提高自己科學文化素質的同時,也努力提高自己的思想道德素質,使自己成爲德、智、體諸方面全面發展適應21世紀發展要求的複合型人才,做一個有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀律的社會主義建設者和接班人。
