大學生活，師友的嚴格教誨以及個人的辛勤努力，使我掌握了工程管理方面的基本理論、方法和土木工程技術知識，熟悉了工程造價的基本規則和原理，對合同管理與索賠及相關的經濟法律和法規也有了一定的瞭解，同時對專業英語閱讀、寫作、口語、翻譯以及計算機輔助解決實際問題等方面進行了系統的學習與訓練，使我具備了從事工程管理專業工作所需要的基本理論與技能。 四年的班級集體生活和每一次實際工作經歷，培養了我良好的團隊意識與奉獻精神。從一開始的小的班級聯歡活動，到代表管理系參加的校內競賽，從小小的家教到參加商場的促銷以及建設工地的實地實習，這所有的經歷無不一點一點地打磨着我，讓我腳踏實地、認認真真地工作，在培養了組織、協調、領導能力的同時也讓我逐漸領會了溝通的重要性。

利用暑假期間，多次進駐工地參與施工生產，練就了吃苦耐勞的品質；在校期間還參加了房屋建築學課程設計、建築結構課程設計、工程造價課程設計、施工組織課程設計。

大學期間，通過和班級同學的相處，使我懂得了做人要積極向上、奮發進取，從而使到自己在各方面都取得很大的發展，全面提高了自己的綜合素質。同宿舍同學的交流，使我學會了思考，學會了做人，學會了如何與人共事，鍛鍊了組織能力和溝通、協調能力，培養了吃苦耐勞、樂於奉獻、關心集體、務實求進的思想，懂得了如何團結合作。

三年大學生活即將結束，在畢業之即，對自已三年的學習和生活做一個作一個總結和評價：

在校期間，在學校的指導、老師的教誨、同學的幫助下，通過不斷地學習理論知識和參與社會實踐，自覺自己的綜合素質在很大程度上得到了提升，努力將自己塑造成爲一個專業功底紮實、知識結構完善、適應能力強、具有團體協作精神的青年。

當然，本人還存在很多不足之處，諸如：一是學習成績還不是十分優秀，三年來，雖然我的成績一直在進步，但卻始終達不到最理想的狀態，主要原因是基礎比較薄弱，加上剛進大學時，學習的環境變寬鬆了，學習更多需要的是自主性，於是，長期在老師、家長督導下學習的我，一度迷失了方向和動力，幸虧後來在老師、輔導員和同學的幫助下，我從迷失中找回了方向，從而迎頭趕上，但因此也落下了一些課程。 二是與同學的聯繫還不夠緊密，和同學交流較少，主要原因是自己作息的時間安排上不夠合理，未能十分有效地工作與學習，導致時間使用的緊張，無意中減少了與同學交流的時間。其次，由於自己性格比較內向，不善言談，又擔心找同學交流會打擾他們的休息，造成沒能積極主動的和同學進行交流、瞭解同學們的所感所想。

在今後的日子裏，我會從自身找原因，改進缺點不足，改善學習方法，提高理論水平，在提高自己科學文化素質的同時，也努力提高自己的思想道德素質，使自己成爲德、智、體諸方面全面發展適應21世紀發展要求的複合型人才，做一個有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀律的社會主義建設者和接班人。
