時光飛逝，不知不覺中過去了，在老師同學們的幫助下，我順利的完成了實習班主任的工作。總的來說，我們班同學在各方面的表現都是比較好的，但也存在着一定的問題。現將實習工作做如下自我評價：
近兩個月的教育實習已經結束了，這短短的一個多月實習，使我真正體會到做一位老師的樂趣，體會到了一個作爲老師的責任。同時，也使我的教學理論變成爲教學實踐。
做一名好的班主任的確很難。不但教學工作複雜而又繁瑣，而且還要管理好整個集體，提高整體教學水平，同時又要顧及班中每一名學生。這就要求教師不能只爲了完成教學任務，而且還要多關心留意學生，經常與學生交流，給予學生幫助，讓他們感覺老師是在關心他，照顧他。如何形成亦師亦友，積極健康的學習氛圍和團結的集體關係，對於實習的新班主任來說是具有很大的挑戰的。
一、學習方面：
由於接近期考，大部分的課程都已經停課，同學們都有大部分的自己支配時間。很多同學在這周都很努力的複習，看各個科目的書籍，準備迎接期考。同學們的學習積極性普遍很高。這是一個值得肯定的地方。但是也存在一些不積極複習的行爲，對自己的學習不夠負責。
二、思想方面：
我們班的同學積極向黨組織靠攏，大不部分的同學都是積極份子以上，並且在思想上自覺的保持先進性和積極性。
三、班級活動方面：
在班主任費老師的支持下，我們策劃了一個主題班會。通過組織一次融知識、趣味於一體的活動，使學生在快樂中學到知識，在知識中收穫快樂。

一年來我一直擔任六年級的數學學科，在工作中嚴格要求自己，刻苦鑽研業務，不斷提高業務水平，不斷學習新知識，探索教育教學規律，改進教育教學方法。尊重學生是以學生爲主的關鍵。在教學中，深刻體會到要以學生爲主，以學生的發展爲主。必須尊重學生。尊重學生的思考權，尊重學生的發言權，尊重學生探究精神，尊重學生的思維成果。做到這些，才能夠放手讓學生去思考，讓學生探究。
三、遵守紀律方面
