一年以來，本人認真學習《醫務人員醫德規範及實施辦法》、《衛生行業紀律“九不準”》、《醫務人員醫德考評實施辦法(試行)》等內容，使我從思想上充分認識到加強醫德醫風建設的重要性和必要性，牢固樹立起全心全意爲人民服務的思想，一切以病人爲中心，一切爲病人服務，醫務人員是人民健康的衛士，又是黨和政府聯繫羣衆的窗口。醫德醫風好與不好，與廣大人民羣衆密切相關，是關係到黨和政府的大事。

作爲一名醫務人員，敬業精神至關重要，敬業精神就是要忠於職守，熱愛本職工作，以病人爲中心，全心爲病人解除痛苦。對工作精益求精，對患者極端負責。淡泊名利，關愛病人，甘於奉獻。醫務人員終身奉行的最高準則爲:救死扶傷，實行人道主義.這就是我們要時刻銘記於心的最高準則和行爲標杆。

總之，我們應該做到：以科學發展觀爲指導，加強自身學習，努力提高自身修養，樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀、世界觀。充份發揮以人爲本，規範自己的職業行爲，端正服務態度，強化服務意識，增強職業責任感、使命感、自豪感，弘揚社會正氣，把“除人類之病痛、助健康之完美”作爲我們醫務人員永遠不變的追求。

本人在X年度中嚴格遵守醫德規範，努力提高自身職業道德素質，改善醫療服務質量，全心全意爲人民健康服務。在工作中，以病人爲中心，時刻爲病人着想，千方百計爲病人解除病痛，同時尊重病人的人格和權利，對待病人能做到一視同仁，爲病人保守醫密，不泄露病人的隱私和祕密。與同事互學互尊，團結協作。廉潔奉公，遵紀守法，不以醫謀私。在業務方面嚴謹求實，奮發進取，鑽研醫術，不斷更新知識，提高技術水平。

我自6月份參加工作至今已經5個多月了，在醫院、科室領導的關心及同事們的幫助下，較好地完成了各項工作任務，使自己較快地熟悉了新的工作環境，在工作態度、專業技術水平等方面均取得較大的進步，主要有以下幾個方面： 一、端正工作態度，熱情爲患者服務。作爲一名醫生，爲患者服務，既是責任，也是義務。參加工作以後，我努力提高自己的思想素質和業務道德水平，擺正主人翁的心態，急病人所急，想病人所想，竭盡全能地爲患者服務;耐心對待每一位患者，不管自己多累，都不厭其煩地做好解釋和溝通，爭取將兩好一滿意工作落實到實處。

總結X年，在醫院領導和同事們的幫助下，我的各項工作完成地較爲圓滿，但是我不能有絲毫的鬆懈，因爲以後的工作還會面臨更大的挑戰和機遇。同時與其它先進同事相比還有差距，在今後工作中，我要繼續努力，克服不足，創造更加優異的工作成績。

時光流逝，轉眼間我在成長中又渡過一年。回首這走過的一年，很榮幸能與各位同事共同進步，我也在大家的身上學到不少的知識。一年以來我心中最大的感受便是要做一名合格的兒科主治醫師越來越難，要做一名優秀的兒科主治醫師則是難上加難。我認爲：一名好的兒科主治醫師不僅要爲人謙和正直，對事業認真兢兢業業。而且在思想政治上、業務能力上更要專研。我，作爲一名只學過一年漢語的中年兒科主治醫師，需要學習的東西還很多很多。先將這一年的工作總結如下。

本人同往年一樣，在院紀院規所容許的框架內，在本人工作職責所規定的範圍之中，不顧自身健康狀況欠佳的實情，加班加點、盡心盡力、嘔心瀝血地工作。不論什麼時候都能遵守勞動紀律，按時上下班。能堅持一日兩次查房。認真帶教下級醫師和書寫電子病歷。堅持值夜班、積極診治和搶救夜班期間來的患兒。積極參加科室內危重患兒的搶救、產科及其它科室的會診和科內的各類疑難病列討論。能積極參加院內和科內組織的各類業務和政治學習，並共計支付一個月的工資取得上級規定的年度專業繼續教育學分和公共科目繼續教育合格證。能虛心向科主任討教，在科主任的帶領下能把自己份內的工作做的盡善盡美。能獨自勝任及從容處理科內所有診療工作。

今年曾多次在下夜班期間，根據患兒家長的點名要求及院科兩級領導的臨時安排，夜間護送其他醫生的危重新生兒上烏市上級醫院。春節值班期間，在夜間查房時我發現由其他醫生管理的一名患兒的症狀和臨牀表現與其所作診斷不符，我當時高度懷疑爲“甲流”，於是我立即請科主任會診，當夜取標本經疾控部門確診爲我地區今年第一列“甲流”患者。

在院科兩級領導的關心、關懷和照顧下，我今生有幸第一次上烏市參加“全疆危重新生兒診療新進展”學習班，可能是因我工作至今第一次外出參加學術會議的原因，或許是我院兒科硬件及軟件建設遠遠滯後與其它地州級醫院的實情對我的觸動，參加完學習班回來後，我感慨萬分，一回到我院，便按耐不住激動的心情趕緊寫了“參會感想與思考”交給了院長。

因本人工作中診斷率、治癒率和服務態度等衆多方面表現突出，得到了許許多多患兒家長的肯定和讚許，爲此送來了多面感謝的錦旗，也讓我上了地方電視新聞。

庫爾班節上班期間，我最先觀察並發現我院第一列新生兒先天膈疝病列，爲了明確診斷及時邀請援疆的王琪主任會診，確診爲先天膈疝後，得到援疆王琪主任的高度好評。近日在援疆王琪主任的指導下，我在兒科首先使用了“新生兒腸外營養”技術，此項技術對不能耐受經腸道餵養或腸道餵養不能達到所需總熱量X%的危重新生兒患者有很好的療效。

我於1984年7月畢業於醫學專科學校臨牀醫學(3年制)，分配到x廠(後改名爲股份有限公司)職工醫院，因單位工作安排於1991.06—1991.12x市第一人民醫院在進修內科半年，1995年3月—1996年2月在x醫院進修內科1年，又於20xx年12月—20xx年06月在xx市第二人民醫院進修心血管內科6個月，一直在基層醫療機構從事普通內科診療工作的30餘年中，虛心求教，發奮學習，不斷臨牀總結經驗教訓，立志成才，創新開拓，努力爭當一名能給患者解除病痛的好醫生而不懈工作。30年來，救治患者25萬餘人，平均每年到患者家中出診訪視巡診100人次以上。

從學校畢業後，我工作的x廠職工醫院當時只有28人，是一所小而全的綜合醫院，主要以門診兼管住院的方式，實際上以內科病人爲主，設有外科、中醫科、五官科、口腔科、婦產科。我剛畢業，在每一個科室都工作了4個月，在藥房、藥庫也分別工作了2個月，奠定了基層“全科”醫生的“基礎”於1986年3月固定在內科工作，從此開始正式從事內科臨牀。那時，我努力工作，思想積極向上，紮實基礎，不斷重溫學習理論，努力做到理論與實踐相結合，很快適應了醫院的臨牀工作，對基層醫院的常見病、多發病有了一定了解和掌握，並積累了一些獨特的經驗，受到了領導和同事的好評，於1988年職稱解凍後第一批次被評爲內科醫師，1988年10月光榮地加入中國共產黨。1991年6月，我受醫院的委派到x醫院進修內科，通過半年的住院醫師的培訓學習，收穫頗豐，是自己的醫學理論和實踐經驗都有了一個飛躍，規範地掌握了多數常見病、多發病的診治，也瞭解了部分疑難、危重病的搶救治療，對自己1992年晉升內科主治醫師起到了重要作用。晉升主治醫師以後，我繼續努力工作，進一步規範自己的診療行爲，積極探索新理論、新方法在基層醫院的應用，開始促成醫院購買心電

圖儀，並開始在心電圖監測下對有適應症的病人使用去乙酰毛花苷注射液稀釋後靜脈推注治療急性房顫30例，並取得了較好的療效，也得到了很多臨牀資料。同時也試着選擇部分患者用三磷酸腺苷二鈉快速推注治療陣發性室上性心動過速32例，同樣取得了很好的效果。

面對基層發病率很高的頭昏和眩暈患者，我於1996年7月開始使用2%利多卡因注射液靜脈注射+綜合治療的方法治療了近300例患者，使患者症狀明顯改善，比傳統治療在症狀改善的時間、程度上都有了較大提高，並在公司科協論文評比中得到了一等獎，受到了醫院和公司的讚賞，推薦我當選爲當年度xx市科協先進工作者。由於我在公司醫院的出色表現和個人的努力，1998年4月我順利晉升爲內科副主任醫師。接着我在醫院開始了用2年的時間推廣應用單劑治療單純性尿路感染116例，取得了良好效果，同時規範了醫院當時對尿路感染的認識和治療。由於我院是廠礦醫院，當時對於急危重病人都不敢觸碰，發現此類病人就轉院。20xx年我在醫院開始使用“綜合治療的方法治療小面積心肌梗塞”，用了1年多的時間，取得了良好效果，解決了醫院對於“心肌梗塞”談虎色變的心理行爲表現。後來，我對於一些診斷明確、醫院有能力診治的危急重病例如非急診冠心病、高熱驚厥、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、腔隙性腦梗塞、支氣管哮喘、少量上消化道出血、腎病綜合徵等病人開始留院觀察治療，開始改變醫院內不敢收治危重急病人的狀況，使部分患者可以不轉院就能在廠內得到治療，打破了先例，並帶領部分年輕醫師走出基層缺醫少藥的困局，開始更新知識，遵守執業醫師法，進一步規範醫療行爲，衝破傳統觀念，送醫送藥進家門，進行家庭門診和家庭隨訪，並親自送醫送藥到患者家，得到了患者和單位的高度讚譽。

20xx年11月，我所在的公司開始改制並將職工醫院改組成股份合作制門診部。由於企業位於一個鄉鎮邊緣上，周圍是農村，離鎮上最近的醫院有一公里距離，爲了顧全大局，我和原有的廠礦醫院的同事一起在公司改制領導小組的支持

下，將原職工醫院改製爲門診部，開始着手門診部的建立並維持其正常運轉，爲維護公司改制這個大局做出了積極努力。後來，在這一改制後的內江恆康門診部，我同樣一干就是五年。這五年，我積極帶領門診部一班人，積極爲原企業改制後的職工服務，艱難地維持門診部開展正常門診診療工作，在盡心盡力地開展醫療服務工作的同時，着手尋求門診部的出路，終究等到了建立社區衛生服務站、依託中心衛生院院本部而成立的分院的那一天。

經過當地黨和政府、衛生主管局和衛生院領導的共同努力，20xx年1月26日門診部併入中心衛生院，我負責分院的工作，帶領分院的職工開始了在新的單位工作。新成立的峨柴分院主要從事社區醫療和公共衛生服務，特別是對慢性病、多發病病員服務。20xx年6月，我們根據糖尿病診療指南，開始對社區非胰島素治療效果不佳或者有併發症，有使用胰島素適應症的糖尿病病人進行胰島素的規範治療，採取先由醫院對這一類患者進行大約爲期2周的系統糖尿病教育，並開始評估，進行胰島素治療，至20xx年8月我們對116例社區2型糖尿病患者進行了比較完整的治療，改變了當時社區糖尿病患者的認識和治療觀念，取得了良好的效果，也產生了積極影響。

分院所在的峨柴社區和周邊農村有十多例在上級醫院診斷明確的擴張型心肌病的病人，就診治療均要去市裏面的大醫院，十分不便。爲此，我帶領醫院內科醫師系統學習“擴心病”知識，於20xx年2月對這些病人進行家訪，並接受這十幾例患者在我院就診隨訪，我們採用綜合治療和隨訪觀察的方式，對他們進行觀察治療，取得了令他們滿意的效果，至20xx年6月我們治療了社區和周邊農村16例擴張型心肌病的患者，也使醫院參與治療的內科醫師得到了很大提高。

20xx年，我們在胰島素治療的病例中，發現近20例胰島素抵抗的患者，我們在查閱資料和複習有關資料的同時，開始胰島素抵抗的防治，通過加強糖尿病

病人的生活方式管理、增加胰島素增敏劑、改變胰島素製劑和改變注射部位、方式等，至20xx年8月，我主持了23例胰島素抵抗患者的治療，80%的患者取得了良好效果。

20xx年6月，由於工作需要，我擔任中心衛生院業務副院長併兼峨柴分院主任。我主持了重症老年支氣管哮喘病人的綜合治療，通過對這一類患者進行分析評估，以補液、調節電解質平衡、糾正低氧血癥、緩解患者氣道梗阻、預防病情惡化，適時呼吸機輔助通氣、適當選擇藥物等治療，取得了良好效果，積累了很多寶貴的經驗，結合患者隨訪管理的方式，促進了支氣管哮喘防治指南的實施。例如典型病例如饒文錢[病案號10254-20xx]，男，61歲。因反覆咳嗽、氣喘、心累20餘哮喘病史二十餘年入院。住院期間檢查合併2型糖尿病。該患者屬於我院長期管理的社區病人，門診病史表明其哮喘急性發作或加重時病情嚴重，急救時對茶鹼類或B-受體激動劑類藥物均不敏感，只能使用首次0.5毫克，以後每隔3-5分鐘多次0.3毫克小劑量腎上腺素皮下注射進行急救，緩解後綜合治療。該患者來院時在門診已經做了急救處理，住院期間患者病情基本穩定，經過抗炎、平喘、抗感染的綜合治療後病情改善出院。出院後在我院門診隨訪4年餘病情穩定，情況良好。

20xx年5月，結合我們基層醫院的實際，我主持了中西藥結合治療胃潰瘍的療效觀察工作，通過對照比較的方法，對胃鏡檢查確診的病例結合基層醫院的實際情況，在西藥治療的基層上採用中藥組方(我們稱爲“螵茯烏沙湯”)治療，取得了良好效果，通過統計分析，與對照組有明顯的統計學意義。促進了中藥科參與醫師的治療觀念轉變，使他們也瞭解了臨牀對比統計的方法。

20xx年2月，根據《中國高血壓防治指南(20xx) 》，主持我們有條件的診治、隨訪的H型高血壓隨訪觀察項目，採用馬來酸依那普利葉酸片治療、隨訪觀察大約3年時間，並就降低腦卒中發生率進行效果分析，目前我們已經收集

14例在治病例，雖然還沒有明顯成果，但積累了一定經驗，相信會給我院帶來良好的經濟和社會效益。

在擔任業務院長後，我還在醫院分管工作中，積極推行醫院標準化建設，加強醫院醫療質量管理，促進醫院信息化建設，加速基層醫院的藥事管理和臨牀藥物治療學管理，積極加強病案管理，加強醫療文書的規範化建設。近4年來，首先是我院運用電腦打印病歷和門診電子處方，大大提高了書寫質量，改變了以往書寫字跡潦草，書寫不規範的現象，規範開展病案評估管理，使我院的病歷質量有了極大的提高，在同級鄉鎮衛生院中名列前茅。其次，是整頓醫院的藥事管理，從抗菌藥物專項整治着手，參照二級以上醫院的標準制定我院的抗菌藥物專項整治方案，落實責任書，規範抗菌藥物的臨牀應用，加強檢查考覈，是我院住院病人抗菌藥物使用頻率從原來的98%下降到了現在的62.5%，門診抗菌藥物使用率從原來的60%下降到了21.8%，雖然還存在一定的差距，但離二級醫院的標準已經不遠了。同時，我帶頭學習藥事管理的有關規定，促進臨牀合理用藥，堅持按照說明書用藥、對症下藥、尊重個體差異用藥原則，開展詳細的處方點評制度，制定中成藥使用原則，促進了我院臨牀合理用藥水平的極大提高。

總之，在醫療業務工作中，我積極向上，努力工作，加強溝通，得到了患者、同事、領導、主管部門的好評。我將一如既往，加強學習，更新知識，培養新生力量，爲醫院乃至醫療衛生事業做出應有的貢獻。
