一、費用成本方面的管理
1.規範了庫存材料的核算管理，嚴格控制材料庫存的合理儲備，減少資金佔用。建立了材料領用制度，改變了原來不論是否需要、不論那個部門使用、也不論購進的數量多少，都在購進之日起一次攤銷到某一個部門來覈算的模糊成本。
