本人擁護黨的基本路線，努力貫徹黨的教育方針，忠誠黨的教育事業。能堅持準時參加學校組織的政治學習並認真做好筆記，寫好學習心得，思想端正，服從學校的工作安排，辦事認真負責;並能自覺遵守職業道德，在學生中樹立良好的教師形象;能夠顧全大局，團結協作，在各方面以黨員的標準嚴格要求自我，以便更好地適應教育發展的形勢。
二、教育教學：
1、專業成長。嚴格做好“五認真”常規工作，緊緊抓住課堂，研究教學設計，創設問題情境，改革教學方式，實施有效教學，拓展學生思維，努力提高課堂教學效益;堅持撰寫個人教育教學博客，交流教學得失，學習教學經驗，拓寬教學視野，廣交數學之友，豐富業餘生活。認真參與市國小數學中心組教研活動，在聽課、評課、交流中不斷學習、反思，努力提高自身數學專業素養，下半年被評爲國小數學學科教學能手。
2、教學管理。認真組織好教師業務學習，__年圍繞有效教學開展15次集中學習，提升教師教學理念;開展“同課異構”課堂教學競賽活動，拉開過程，提高實效;啓用“有效教學”實施手冊，爲教師個人、學校積累業務資料;每學期初制定好學校工作計劃並督促實施落實，期末做好學校工作評價。
三、繼續教育：
進取參加培訓與學習，分別交流培訓心得，領略名校風範、聆聽教授講學、對話專家學者、碰撞思想火花，更新了管理理念，豐富了管理思想，學習了管理技巧。
一年以來，在校領導及同事們的支持和幫忙下，以黨的新時期精神爲指導，本人能努力做好各項工作，認真地履行了自我的職責。現將一年來的政治思想、教學和學習等方面的工作報告如下：

在教學工作方面，能認真學習專業業務知識，認真研究教學規律，在教學中，認真鑽研新大綱、吃透教材，進取開拓教學思路，把一些先進的教學理論、科學的教學方法及先進現代教學手段靈活運用於課堂教學中，努力培養學生的合作交流、自主探究、勇於創新的本事。對個別的差生，能悉心輔導，經常面批作業，找出知識的薄弱環節，及時進行補漏。在課堂上，採用多提問，多檢查，及時疏導，及時反饋的形式，努力提高後進生的文化基礎知識。做到課前認真備課、製作課件、領會教材中的重點、難點，進取查找與教材有關的資料，幫忙學生理解每一個問題和難點。上課時認真授課，抓住重點、突出難點、精講精練，運用多種教學方法，從學生的知識水平出發，力求培養學生的學習興趣，調動學生學習的進取性，最大限度地發揚課堂民主，創設生動活潑的氣氛，讓學生愉快思考，主動探索、大膽質疑，敢於標新立異。在教學中注意理論與實踐相結合，注意蒐集學生在實踐中遇到的實際問題，結合理論教學從理論上解釋出現的問題，提出解決的方法和措施，並進取培養學生的動手本事。不斷提高教學質量，教學效果評價良好。在教學工作上，根據學校的工作目標和教材的資料，瞭解學生的實際情景，經過鑽研教材、研究具體教學方法，制定了切
實可行的教學工作計劃，保證了整個教學工作的順利開展。安全常規教育工作我也從不忽視，經常利用班會課、宣傳櫥窗對學生進行安全知識教育，並且每到重大節假日，都會讓學生帶去一封有關安全教育方面的致家長信，本學年無安全事故發生。由於本人認真備好每一節課，上好每一堂課，批好每一份作業，教育好每一個學生，努力去做一個深受學生尊重和信賴的教師。經過一學年的努力，學生的學習成績有了很大的提高。得到校領導和教師的一致好評.
