我是個不善與人交流的人，朋友還是有幾個。在繽紛的校園生活中，我得到了很多快樂，與朋友交往中那種信任的.笑容，讓我難以忘記，我用一顆熱誠的'心對待身邊的同學。因爲我相信一分耕耘一份收穫。我尊敬師長，團結同學，樂於助人。儘管學習方面，我的基礎不夠紮實，但我對學習的工作不敢怠慢，認真學習，虛心向老師跟同學請教。國中三年是我不斷進取、逐步完善、充實自己、開拓奮鬥的三年。

我熱愛祖國，熱愛中國共產黨，雖不能說愛得瘋狂，但我不允許別人說我不愛國。這個國家給了我很多權利，但我好像沒盡多少義務，唯一可以說是義務的話，那就是教育權，但這也是我的權利。長這麼大多沒有爲這個國家盡義務，真是遺憾。可能別人會安慰我說你是祖國的花朵，是祖國的未來，現在你還不需要爲祖國付出什麼，真因爲我是祖國的花朵，我纔要努力學習。雖然我不知道明天是什麼樣，但我知道沒有知識就沒有改變明天的基礎，所以我一直努力，努力改變一切，改變別人對我的看法，贏得別人對我認同。可能我的努力只是在追求別人的現狀，但我堅信我是在走自己的路，不管這條路是怎樣的崎嶇、怎樣的漫長，我都會走下去，因爲這是一條只屬於我的路。

在學習方面我認真完成作業，雖然目前沒有取得較大成功但是成績較爲穩定，且一直對學習抱有積極向上的心態，也希望能在最後的這段日子中多加努力在會考中突破自己給我的國中生涯畫上一個完美的句號。當然我也深刻認識到自己的不足，在學習上較於浮躁，不能持之以恆是我的缺點，對此我還需多加向在這方面做的比較好的同學學習；另外書寫還不夠工整，這一點還需日後多加練習。

一、春風化雨潤心田

別林斯基說過：“愛是鑑別教育的尺度。”愛學生是教師教育學生的起點和基礎。我時刻牢記這句名言，要求學生自我誠實、公正，體貼學生，成爲全班學生都喜歡的好教師……

1、用良好的形象感染學生。

班主任教師是學生的榜樣，我們都明白“身教重於言教”。我時刻注意自身對學生的影響，處處以身作則，上班從不遲到早退，僅有早出晚歸，即使有病也堅持上課。平時我十分注意自我的言行舉止，要求學生做到的，自我先做到，並且做得更好。在我的帶動下，班級面貌發生了巨大的變化：班風正、學風濃，同學們團結互助，構成了一個朝氣蓬勃的班團體。
