Because I really didn't know what to say at that time . Well- today, being an English teacher for some years in Zhongxin, I have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.
After being an English teacher, I think, to be a good English teacher, you should know your major well. Your personality is as important as your knowledge.
A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. You must love your students and respect them. In addition, You must also respect yourself and take pride in your work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge.

Good morning ,teachers and students. My name is fuxian from songzhuang primary school. the name of my speech is << my simple teaching life>> is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .
I studied english educashion at my college. I chose this major just because its tuition was not high at that time. Then half a year before my graduation i came to shandong to be an english teacher. Far away from my hometown. Then i have lived here for 7 years and taught for 7 years too. I love teaching. I love talking to my students.
How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls . When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!
To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.
So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.
Because I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher today!

今天，我能在這裏和大家共同交流工作體會，感到萬分榮幸，感謝各位領導和老師給了我這樣一次機會。
回顧自己這四年來在教學中的點點滴滴，感覺有的只是自己盡職盡責的工作態度，嚴格而靈活的教學方法。總之一句話，要想取得好成績，就是“種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆”，成績和平時心血的付出是成正比的。教學工作包含的內容太廣泛，以下是自己在教學實踐中的一些做法和感悟，有不當之處，請各位多批評指正。
一、建立良好的師生關係，做一名學生喜歡的老師
教學中，我感受最深的是，學生在成長過程中，需要知識，更需要關愛，關愛是一份情感，也是一份責任，作爲老師，除了要有精湛的業務、敬業的精神、全面的知識，更重要的是在傳道授業解惑時，做到愛生如子。人與人之間的感情是相互的，學生雖小，但他們都有着一顆敏感而真誠的心，只要你真心關愛他們，他們一定會有令你驚喜的回報。“親其師而信其道”，只有讓學生喜歡你，他們纔會信任你，向着你引導的方向發展。
多年來，我學會激勵自卑的學生，點撥後進的學生，暗示自負的學生，發現特殊的學生，服務每一個學生，關愛所有的學生，用心去與學生交流，用愛去撫慰心靈，構建師生平等，關係和諧，共同進步的求知家園。
二、狠抓課堂教學，構建“和諧高效、思維對話”型課堂
現在正處於應試教育向素質教育轉軌時期，既要求減輕負擔，又要求提高教育質量，這就要求必須在課堂上下功夫，提高課堂效率，我通常注重以下幾個方面：
1、認真備課。
大家都知道，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括三方面，備教材、備學生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學習資料及以往的相應試題，對於哪些是重點難點，哪些知識點擴展到什麼程度，會以什麼形式出題，做到心中有數。備學生，就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、知識儲備情況，這樣可以避免起點太高，學生聽不懂，或起點太低，學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級每個班學生特點各不相同，所以我非常注重仔細研究學生，採取適合學生的方法導入新課，用學生易於掌握的方法講解新知，用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。
2、用激情帶動學生，煥發課堂活力。
我要求自己在備好課的基礎上，每節課都滿懷熱情地走進教室，哪怕身體不適、滿心煩惱，在站上講臺，面向學生的那一刻，我都會面帶笑容，精神抖擻，講課時也是充滿激情，抑揚頓挫。因爲快樂的情緒可以傳染，如果你把快樂的情緒、積極地心態傳染給學生，他的學習效率可能會成倍增長。
3、關注每個學生，提高課堂凝聚力。
講課時，我的視線遍佈每個角落，始終用眼光愛撫每個學生，學生的每個動作和眼神都逃不過我的眼睛，並且與學生進行眼神的交流，久而久之，每個學生都會感到老師一直在關注我，從而使他們集中注意力，認真聽講。
4 、精講多練，提高課堂效率。
國中生的注意力集中時間只能持續十五到二十分鐘。如果仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾。”的教學模式，就會出現“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現象。新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講並不意味着粗略講解，一帶而過。國中生的接受能力還是有限，對於重難點的知識，我會根據學生特點細緻的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結合，讓大多數學生都能跟上，參與活動。講得太粗太快，學生跟不上，學不會，久而久之，就會慢慢失去學習興趣。俗話說“莊稼齊了纔打糧”，只照顧尖子生，不符合素質教育的理念。一定要面向全體學生，纔會取得好成績。

下面把我平時在教學中的體會和特別注重的幾點做法向大家做一彙報，有不當之處，請批評指正。
一、 抓好課堂教學設計。
課堂是學生汲取知識最重要的陣地，學生是學習的主人翁，興趣是學生學習的重要動力。
㈠新授課的教學設計
在新授課的教學過程的設計中，必須以學生爲中心，活動的設計要適合學生的特點，讓學習的過程充滿快樂，培養興趣，培養成就感，培養自信心。尤其小組活動，其目的在於讓每個學生都有機會展示自我。因爲在進行小組練習時，學生不會膽怯，不會有任何思想顧慮，並且學生的小組分組也是好中差搭配開來，他們可以互相糾正，共同進步。當他們站起來回答時，由於有了充分的準備，錯誤率較小。而且在學生進行小組活動時，老師應該走到學生中去，儘量兼顧到每個小組，看看是否有問題，把他們容易出錯的地方計下來，全班一塊糾正。隨後有針對性的叫幾組同學到講臺前表演，不同程度的給予鼓勵。這樣做，可以增強學生的自信心和成就感，漸漸就培養了學生學習的興趣，也有助於建立良好的師生關係，對英語的教和學都有很大的幫助。
㈡練習課的教學設計
練習課是以練爲主，通過練習使學生儘快掌握所學的知識點，通過單元檢測及時發現問題，查漏補缺。一般來說，除了第一節課以外，每一課教師所要進行教學的內容不外乎三個部分：①複習已教過的語言材料;②強調已學的語言項目如詞彙、語音、語法和句型等;③進行各種形式的聽、說、讀、寫訓練活動。爲此，一般採用“五步教學法”;即：複習、精講、操練、練習、鞏固。在每一個步驟當中，教師的作用都有所不同，如採用口、筆頭練習、測試、聽寫、提問等複習方式;利用實物、圖片、藉助動作、猜迷、接龍式提問、簡筆畫等複習已學的語言項目;通過分排或分行、兩人、小組等進行操練;通過做遊戲、扮演角色等方式提高運用語言能力;充分利用和“複習要點”，練習冊中的練習，口、筆頭練習等加強學習運用的能力，以加深印象，鞏固記憶。教師要在教學中自始至終觀察全班學生的反應，要隨時根據情況變換自己的角色，保證所教的內容大家都能接受，達到完成課堂的整體教學任務。
㈢複習備考課的教學設計 複習備考課是以精講和檢測爲主，通過精講和檢測使學生對所學知識、技能、技巧和 能力的真實和綜合應用程度。爲了達到這個目的、教師應對測試提出具體的知識、技能、技巧和能力各方面的 要求。
知識方面，要求學生全面地、系統地掌握該單元的基礎知識，尤其是課本中的“四會”內容。技能方面。 要求學生運用所學語言、詞彙、語法知識在聽、說、讀、寫方面體現出來。技巧方面，要求學生在技能基礎上 ，循環往復，達到對技能的熟練掌握，使技能的運用自動化。能力方面，要求學生在知識、技能和技巧的基礎 上，要有綜合能力，即能把三者結合起來，爲交際初步運用英語。 要做好複習備考檢測，就要求教師必須努力、鑽研教材，吃透教材，依據《大綱》，明確知識、語言範圍。注 意傳授知識的深度和廣度。要讓學生知道每個單元的教學重點，並準確地講解和反覆地操練。教師要精心設計 或選用檢測試題。試題要力求符合《大綱》和教材的要求。既要全面，又要突出重點，難易要適中，能夠較全 面地檢測學生聽、說、讀、寫能力和初步運用英語的交際能力。要做好檢測後的講評工作。 二、 課後作業的佈置。
課後作業必須根據本課講授內容的重難點來設計，一定要有針對性。而且是反覆做，尤其是在學生容易出錯的地方。因爲我代的都是差班，所以只讓他們練一些最基本的句型和課文中的句子，一定要抓好基礎知識的練習和鞏固。爲了避免他們的厭煩情緒，同樣類型的題要間隔做，加深印象。這樣他們做題的準確率就會不斷上升，自信心也隨之大增。
