大家好！非常感謝xx學校能夠給予我這樣的一個機會讓我來到這個地方作自我介紹，我叫，聽起來是一個很女性化的名字，但是它卻具有非常主要的意義。它除了能夠說明我是出生於春天的清晨，更重要的是這個名字飽含了一個父親對一個兒子的期望，寓意是一年之際在於春，一天之際在於晨。

我這裏講的學習跟學校裏學習知識有很大不同，工作上的學習更多地體現爲用心觀察、用心思考、用心領悟。我進公司後最開始在綜合部做綜合員，主要負責文字材料和基礎管理提升工作。當時，由於業務規模迅速擴大，一個縣營業部的各方面KPI指標加起來不少於20項，其中指標分解形成的小項以及日常GS加起來大大小小的工作至少有五六十項，形成一種“千頭萬緒”的繁雜現象，如果不突出重點，鬍子眉毛一把抓，很難完成關鍵KPI指標。這種情況下，精細化管理提升項目應勢而生。我負責具體制定、跟進營業部幾大重點工作的實施情況，每個項目都做到“定項目、定責任人、定措施、定完成時限”，每週向營業部領導彙報重點工作開展情況、完成進度、遇到的問題以及下一步開展的計劃。通過精細管理的實施，我發現各部門的溝通不及時、信息傳達不暢是影響工作進度的一大因素，而綜合部的督辦職能正處於弱化的狀態。那麼，怎樣使重要事項不因配合不暢而延誤同時又不影響配合部門的工作日程呢?首先，爲了防止重要工作漏傳或部門間推諉責任的現象，我在送達公司發文以及會議紀要的時候，都提醒部門負責人簽收確認，然後將各部門簽字確認後的文件存檔以方便日後有據可查。另外，爲防止因配合不到位而影響工作落實的情況，我在獲得領導同意後，將督辦工作單改版成內部工作任務單，發給各部門。對於非常重要且需要其它部門配合的工作，主辦部門可以發單至協助部門要求配合，相當於部門之間的四級工單，協助部門必須給予答覆，由綜合部督察，這樣有效地減少了部門間配合不力的現象。在綜合部工作的一年多時間裏，我學到了許多東西，它不僅讓我有機會了解整個營業部的工作開展情況，樹立全局意識，更重要的是，它讓我在日常瑣碎但不可少的工作中得到歷練，使我漸漸遠離了當初剛進公司的焦慮與急躁，心態更爲沉靜與平和，讓我漸漸學會了靜靜地觀察、細細地體會與深深地思考。我想，對於新員工來說，學到東西和有效鍛鍊是非常重要的，它是職業生涯的必要積累。公司給大家提供了非常廣闊的發展空間，我們只有不斷地學習養精蓄銳，吸收新鮮營養，不斷提高自己的綜合素質，這樣當機會到來後，我們才能抓住機會，完成職業生涯的更進一步。
各位兄弟姐妹，光學習是遠遠不夠的，富有強烈的責任意識才是優秀員工的必備素質。我們必須對客戶負責、對上司負責、對公司負責，同時也要對自己負責。做事的過程，也是展示自我品牌與人格魅力的過程，所以，用強烈的責任心用心做好每一件事也是樹立個人信譽的過程。今年4月份，我從綜合部調至大客戶中心，任大客戶主管助理，主抓基礎工作的落實。當前的情形是，人少、指標重、任務多，特別是繁重的集團信息化推廣任務，佔據了客戶經理大部分時間。這種情況下，一些基礎工作面臨浮於形式的危險，特別是不輕易停機提醒工作，時常有漏提醒或不提醒的現象。由於考覈方式是隨機抽查，不少客戶經理還存在僥倖心理。如果不輕易停機提醒沒有紮實開展，說明我們對客戶的最基本的承諾都落不到實處，會嚴重損害客戶對移動服務的信任。在客觀環境難以改變的情況下，我梳理了日常固定工作，制定周計劃、日計劃，有效地提高了客戶經理的工作效率;同時，加強檢查力度，由之前的每週隨機檢查一次改爲每天檢查、即時通報，杜絕客戶經理的僥倖心裏。最後，通過對特殊客戶改變提醒方式、大力推廣銀聯支付、捆綁支付等方式不斷完善我們的提醒體系。通過一個月的強化落實，現在客戶經理都培養了每天必做不輕易停機預警的習慣，近幾個月我們部門的提醒率都大大超過了市公司的考覈值，得到市公司的通報表揚。工作是細水長流，一份持久的責任心來自於對工作、對公司強烈的熱愛，我們都是移動人，我們都有強烈的集體榮譽感，所以我們會自覺地爲中國移動的品牌形象而努力奮鬥。

我有一雙明亮的眼睛，在長長的睫毛襯托下顯得更加迷人。我有一個小巧的鼻子，有一張小小的嘴巴，我的身高是1米3左右。大家都說我長的非常可愛，像一個布娃娃。大家都說我很文靜，像個小淑女，我的愛好是學習，因爲只有學習好了長大才能做想做的事，除了學習我的愛好是打羽毛球，因爲打羽毛球可以鍛鍊身體。我的優點是幫媽媽做家務，而且同學生氣的時候我還能給同學逗笑。但是我有一個最大的缺點是膽小，有一次晚間睡覺的時候媽媽有事出去了，我非常害怕。
我現在是班級的學習委員，要以身作則，好好學習。
