Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met -Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. 以科學發展觀爲指導，全面貫徹黨的教育方針和《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要》，大力推進素質教育，全面提高教育質量和品位，緊緊依靠全體教師，辦人民滿意教育。圍繞“辦優質型、教育辦創新型教育、辦特色型教育”的辦學理念，按照“規範、務實、創新、提高”的要求，把雷店中學辦成教育質量高、辦學特色鮮明、教師素質高、教師待遇好的農村優質學校。
一、以人爲本科學管理，着力推進優化管理工程
1、銳意改革，強化管理，是提高辦學效益和教育質量的關鍵。
管理必須服從和服務於教學中心工作。以教學管理爲例，我們要堅持輕負擔、高質量，認真實施素質教育，面向全體學生，全面提高質量，在實際工作中就要嚴格做到：不增加課時，不多佈置作業，不提前上課、不拖堂、不補課。通過嚴格執行教學計劃，克服無序競爭，才能真正保證素質教育的實施。
強化管理，首先要強化對幹部的管理。幹部要做到“團結、求實、高效、廉潔”的領導作風，要像魏書生說的那樣“多搶挑重擔，少推卸責任，多改變自我，少埋怨環境，多幹活，少得利，勤服務，無親疏”，從而帶領羣衆完成學校各項教育教學任務。
強化管理，需要社會和家長的認同和配合，我們要建立從班級到年級到全校的家長委員會，擴大德育的空間和時間，增強學校、家庭和社會三位一體的德育合力，形成一支編外的德育教師隊伍。
2、以人爲本，確立師生主體地位，是充分調動和發揮師生主觀能動性和積極性的重要保證。
我們學校所取得的成績，都離不開廣大教師的主觀能動性和工作積極性。學校的主人是教師和學生。“以人爲本”應是學校始終堅持的辦學方針，就是以學生爲本、以教師爲本。
學校領導對教師應該堅持多表揚、多關心、多接近，使教師感受到自己是被他人尊重的;學校領導辦事公道，不論評獎晉升，表揚或批評都要儘量公平合理。學校領導還必須以身作則，具有犧牲精神。特別是在目前教師待遇還不很高的情況下，學校領導更要注意將享受讓給羣衆，擔子揀重的挑。這樣，才能引導和帶領全體教職工爲完成學校的總目標而努力工作。

爲了培養正確的人生觀和價值觀，作爲學校管理者，應根據具體問題積極進行有意識地疏導和“灌輸”，對當前社會和學校的一些熱點問題進行宣傳介紹，分析說理，開闊了教職工的視野，提高了思想水平。
4、以人爲本，發揚民主，推進各項改革，實現民主治校。
隨着以人爲本和依法治校思想的深入，要形成以尊重人、關心人、激勵人爲出發點，充分激發個人的工作熱情，發揮個人特長，團結協作，羣策羣力，促進學校工作全面發展的良好局面。
還權於教師，事關學校改革與發展以及教師們普遍關心的重大事項，將由校委會形成方案交全體教師討論並公決，把民主落到實處。
同時，我們積極發揚民主，強化以教師爲主體的教職工代表大會的工作職能，以公平、公正、公開爲原則，實行民主辦校，切實保障教職工參與民主管理。每學期都要召開教代會，認真實行校務公開，充分相信羣衆，尊重羣衆的民主權力，擴大教代會介入學校管理的過程和範圍;建立學校工作情況的定期通報和工作計劃的預報制度，保障教職工對學校重大事務的知情權和監督權，使每個人都能關心學校的工作。
二、樹立正確的教師觀、學生觀，全面推進質量建設工程。
我們應該怎樣做教師?教師應該怎樣對待學生?我將兩個問題結合起來思考，應該構成辦高質量高品位教育的關鍵。我覺得應該遵循“尊重、關愛、引領、成全”八個字的基本理念。
1、教師應該真誠尊重每一個學生
所謂尊重，就是正視和接受學生的現實狀態。現代社會已經進入一個資訊極其發達的時代。舊時代的人，其知識來源、對社會的認知，基本源頭來自於父母、師長，因此，很容易和父母、師長擁有共同的認知。現在孩子們獲取的知識與資訊，幾乎有九成都是從電視、報紙、雜誌和網絡上來的，當父母親們都忙於柴米油鹽而在社會上努力打拼時，對子女的教養及知識的灌輸已經顯得無能爲力。儘管我們都活在同一個時代，但所獲得的資訊，已經出現一道道"代溝"，由孩子們的眼光來看我們，應該是我們out啦!
所以，教育者一定要尊重學生。尊重每一個學生的個性，尊重學生不同的生活方式、學習方式、審美情趣和價值取向，尊重學生成長的過程和規律。
2、教師應該真心關愛每一個學生
所謂關愛，就是理解學生情緒、感受，把握學生的心理髮展走向。
開學一個月了，你教的是一個新生班。這時候，你是否能叫出每個學生的名字?批改期會考試卷的時候，你能否從一段作文、一個文字題的解答判斷出這份試卷是誰的?在你佈置作業的時候，你知道某個題目哪些學生會答得很漂亮;而另幾名同學會遇到一些困難嗎?
教育是一門交流的藝術。只有充滿尊重和關愛學生，纔會與學生有效溝通，並順利實現教育的目標。
3、教師要學會引領學生健康成長
所謂引領，就是指出學生可能達到的發展高度，點燃其發展的內在動力，培養其自我認知和自我控制的能力。
一根柔軟的麪條，你可以在前面拖動，卻很難從後面推進。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯錯誤，在孩子漫長的成長過程中，成功和失敗都是教育和引導的契機。所以，我們要做學生的引領者，用語言和用行動告訴孩子：學會思考和判斷，學會對自己的行爲負責，學會在錯誤中吸取教訓。這就是我所說的"引領"。
4、教師要樂於並且致力於成就學生
所謂成全，就是盡一切努力，幫助孩子實現自我發展，實現成功與卓越。
我們學校辦了一期優秀教師介紹專刊，有兩位"優秀骨幹教師"的照片被學生摳掉了眼睛。我們看好的老師，學生並不買賬，甚至反感到"刻骨銘心"。
這件事對我的觸動很深。教師應該做成就學生的伯樂，而不是管教和制服學生的警察。學生不是一個需要管教的對象，教師的責任，首先不是"監督"而是"發現";高明的教師要接納學生的差異，視每一個學生爲獨特的、有價值的個體;發掘每個學生的長處，同時也包容他的短處，通過揚長避短，培養孩子的自信，最終幫助他們獲得成功。
三、加強校風建設和安全教育，全力推進安全穩定工程。

各位老師下午好，我叫，來自x大學x學院專業。從進入大學開始我就把能進入北航深造作爲自己的夢想。所以我今天能在這裏參加面試，我感到很高興，也很激動。因爲我離我的夢想很近。
剛入學的時候，我聽說有幾個07級的學長學姐保研到了北航，從那以後我就以他們爲榜樣，希望自己也能像他們一樣。
大一的時候，我學習很努力，天天穿梭於教室和圖書館之間，大一結束後我的成績是專業第一名。
大二的時候，我參加了學院的學生工作，負責組織和協調整個學院的寒暑假社會實踐活動。這一年我也參加了學校學院的各種活動，結交了許多好朋友，在和老師同學的交流過程中，我也成長了許多，學會了很多做人做事的道理。當然，在這個過程中，我的積極表現也受到了老師和同學的好評，獲得了一些獎項，包括“優秀共青團幹部”“社會實踐先進個人”等，而且我也積極向黨組織靠攏，於去年的十月份成爲中共預備黨員。
大三的時候，我主要任務是學習專業知識參加一些學術活動，所以我辭去了學生工作，專心學習專業知識，這一年我主要學習了自動控制、嵌入式系統開發等知識，完成了相應的課程設計，通過這些專業知識的學習，我更加確定了自己在自動化專業的發展方向。由於大三成績是專業第一，最近我已經取得了國家獎學金的推薦名額。
在科學研究方面，我主要參加了三個項目：
第一個是北京市科研創新項目，在這個項目中，我們設計並製作了一個無線供電系統，並將其應用在無線鼠標上，使現在廣泛應用的無線鼠標拋棄了使用電池的煩惱，從電路設計焊接，到應用測試，我收穫的不僅是硬件方面的專業知識，還有團隊合作和解決困難的能力等等。
第二個項目是大三結束後，我去了大連東軟軟件集團實習，在這次實習中，我作爲團隊的負責人和技術員，帶領團隊完成了linux下局域網聊天軟件的開發，從需求分析，到設計編碼，再到測試，我瞭解了一個商業軟件的開發流程，也學會了如何做好一個項目的負責人。
第三個是本站現在正在做的嵌入式說話人識別系統的開發，目前已經實現pc機環境下的識別，正在製作ui以及向目標板移植。
在個人技能方面，我一次性通過了英語四六級，聽說讀寫都還ok，計算機方面，初步掌握了c語言，c++，能熟練應用辦公軟件和多媒體處理軟件，通過了計算機基礎綜合技能認證.
如果能如願以償的進入北航，我打算在碩士階段有以下規劃：首先，進一步瞭解我的研究方向，認真補充專業知識;同時希望能夠跟着老師接觸一些項目，用項目驅動學習。希望自己到最後能夠自己帶項目。另外如果有機會的話，希望能夠在北航繼續深造，攻讀博士學位。
