而作爲一名新老師，在如今信息技術日新月異，發展很快的年代，自身的學識相當重要，一天不學習，就會落後一截，所以工作以來，我仍然不斷學習，絲毫不敢鬆懈。因此，繼續學習成爲我工作學習中重要的一部分。我不僅參加新教師培訓，農村教師提升工程，還考取了英語本科深造的機會。儘管剛剛走上崗位，工作中的活動與任務讓我頗感壓力，但只要一有空閒時間，我便爭取出來國小英語相關的教學方法，學習先進的技術。在如今的時代環境裏，一個人的知識猶如一粒浮塵，要想更好的立足於社會，必須不斷的增加知識的深度和廣度。這一年裏，我努力擴展自身的知識面，自感收穫很多。當然，這一些是遠遠不夠的，學海無涯，在下一年裏，還有更多的知識和經驗是需要學習和借鑑的。
