I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 20xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao use Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 20xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

我叫,來自，首先非常感謝xx公司能給我一次面試機會。截至現在的成長經歷中，可以說由三個基本要素組成，分別爲家庭，學校，小範圍的社會生活。

對第一大要素家庭來說，我從小成長與一個家庭，父母親之間的默契和相愛給我營造了一個很好的成長環境，爲我性格的塑造和身心的發展起到了很大程度上的定型!是他們將我塑造成一位有愛心，有同理心和善解人意的人。

對第二大要素學校來說，爲了理想。考大學時決定報考了遠離家鄉的學校，決定走出從小的的成長環境，到外面去闖一闖，見見世面，帶着這樣的夢想，我報考了xx學校專業，隨着眼界的拓寬，讓我在大一結束時才明白，大學不僅僅是一個灌輸專業知識的地方，同時，一位將來優秀的工程師也不是僅僅懂得本專業就可以的，大學更是一個讓人明志的地方，於是在這樣的醒悟下，我調整了自己的時間安排，將專業學習和修身養性以及擴展知識和拓寬思維兼併進行，於是乎不僅旁聽了好多專業課，同時也閱讀了古今中外大量名著。

隨着時間的推移，快到大學畢業，可發現機械專業的精髓竟是這樣的龐大，於是乎決定報考研究生，這樣就來到了xx大學xx學院攻讀我的碩士學位。

在這裏，我有幸遇見了博學而可親的恩師x教授，在他的指導下，我開始鑽入了學這一領域，由於恩師的社會聲譽和學識以及x大學xx學院在地位，所以我們總能接到一些企業合作項目，由於實驗室人手有限，所以每個項目都是在導師的指導下由個人獨立負責完成，於是在這樣的背景下，鍛鍊了我獨立解決和發現問題的能力，同時讓我在將理論和實踐結合的這一過程中更透徹的理解了專業理論，也更清晰的理出一思路，即：如何應用理論去解決實踐問題，同時，如何通過實踐來發現理論的不足並進行完善，在這樣的思維指導下我寫出了自己的的第一篇小論文，結果就被國家核心期刊收錄。

對於第三要素，我的認識是：與其學習好多跟這個社會相處的技巧，不如順其自然，按照我們民族的優秀文化去做人處事，即：誠信，中庸。我的簡介作完,謝謝領導和大家的傾聽!謝謝你們!
