我今年43歲，大學本科學歷，副主任中藥師，1994年7月畢業於江西中醫學院藥學系中藥專業，同年應聘到五醫院工作。工作以來，我先後擔任過藥械科副主任、藥械科負責人、崔家社區服務站站長、社區衛生科科長、科教科科長，20xx年1月至今任醫院辦公室主任。多年來，在院領導的辛勤培育下，在同事們的大力支持下，經過個人的不斷努力，我的業務能力和管理水平提高很快，自己認爲已經可以勝任副院長這個職位，並且期望這次競聘成功，以便爲五院醫療衛生事業做出新的更大的貢獻。
