二、國慶閱兵。國慶閱兵是中國國慶節最大、最隆重的習俗，一般十年一次。歷史上影響較大且最具代表意義的是開國大典、建國5週年、10週年、35週年和50週年、60週年的六次大閱兵。

小貼士：1960年9月，中共中央、國務院實行“厲行節約、勤儉建國”的方針，改革國慶典禮制度，實行“五年一小慶、十年一大慶，逢大慶舉行閱兵”。

三、放假。從1999年起，國慶節便成爲了中國人的“黃金週”假期，除了法定休假時間3天外，還會將前後兩個週末一起調休7天。

1.防食物中毒

許多人覺得秋天天氣涼爽，食物放幾天不會壞，這就埋下了“隱患”。節日期間許多家庭往往做菜較多，經常剩下留做後幾天吃，這樣一來食物極易發生變質或生成大量的細菌。這些變質食物，如果再吃或消毒不徹底，就會使人中毒。

預防策略：預防食物中毒，首先必須停止食用可疑變質食品，不吃生的或加熱不徹底的食品，剩餘飯菜食用前要徹底加熱，已經變質的食物最好不吃，防止食品生熟交叉污染。

2.防酒精中毒

節日期間，親朋相聚總要喝酒助興。可是有的人一沾上酒，就沒節制。適量飲酒雖然對健康有利，但是人體內酒精含量超過一定的極限時，會影響身體健康。

人體內酒精含量過多會發生腦中樞神經麻痹，反應就會遲鈍，意識就會處於朦朧狀態，容易出現“激動”行爲;同時使內臟各器官尤其是肝臟的“負擔”加劇，極易引發病變，而且對於視神經的損害相當嚴重，會出現視力模糊與障礙。
