Fourth, the supplier ensures that the products comply with the official quality standard and is responsible for product quality, if necessary provide the necessary quality information, such as the inspection report and other relevant information.

Fifth, the supplier ensures that the packaging and registered trademark of the products match the relevant state regulation.

Sixth, the storage and safekeeping condition is indicated on the product package, to ensure the product quality the buyer has to strictly follow it, or is responsible for the caused quality problem.

Seventh, consumer complains due to the product quality problems, the supplier should actively cooperate to properly resolve it. If it is indeed the responsibility of supplier, the supplier shall bear full responsibility and expense.

Eighth, the treatment of the quality dispute:

The buyer should strictly observe the technical standards shipped with the supplier products for inspection, ensure fair and science testing. The remaining samples fail to pass the examination should be kept for one week.

If it is indeed the quality problem of the supplier products, our company bears the loss caused by the using of the products.

In case of the indeed quality problem of the supplier products, the buyer and seller negotiate to deal with the unused products.

Ninth, the product guarantee since both sides sign a supply contract and delivery occurs, terminates at the same time as the business ends.

做好食品安全監管工作是我們學校和家長們義不容辭的責任，是時代賦予的神聖職責。食品安全監管工作的其中一個組成部分，就是校園周邊的以學生爲消費主體的食品消費安全。在我校校園周邊食品安全存在三個重要隱患：一是校園周邊的流動食品攤販;二是校園周邊固定鋪面銷售的不合格商品，包括食品、玩具、文具、刮刮彩等;三是學生或家長駐留買東西，造成交通擁堵，存在極大的安全隱患。 爲保障廣大學生食品消費安全，防範食品安全事件的發生，今年全省食品安全整治百日行動特別對學校周邊流動攤販經營過期、變質、“三無”等僞劣食品等違法行爲進行嚴厲打擊，成效是顯著的。“三無食品”一般是指無生產日期、無質量合格證(或生產許可證)以及無生產廠名的食品。食用了這一類食品，吃過後輕則腹痛，重則嘔吐、腹瀉、以至食物中毒。這是多麼可怕!但在校園周邊，一些針對中國小生爲主要銷售對象的流動攤販仍屢禁不止，所售食品達不到基本衛生要求，給廣大學生的身體健康帶來了極大隱患，成爲老師和家長們的一塊心病。 根據上級的要求，針對我校周邊存在的流動食品、餐飲攤販突出問題，將集中力量開展整治，打擊違法經營行爲，爲青少年的健康成長營造良好的食品安全環境。但流動商販的游擊戰，使工商部門和城管執法部門陷入了“執法部門一來流動攤販就跑，一走又回來”的尷尬境地。長期的校園周邊環境整治工作的經驗教訓告訴我們，僅僅憑藉行政職能部門的力量是不夠的，還需要社會力量的支持，特別是學校、家長們的大力支持，以及學生們的自覺遵守。 爲此，我校向廣大家長們和同學們提出如下倡議：

(l)大家從我做起，不購買不健康食品、不合格食品。

(2)一起學習食品安全如識，加強宣傳，教育引導學生拒絕購買流動攤販的食品，到合法經營的固定鋪面購買食品。

(3)加強監督，發現流動攤販及時向學校或者工商、城管舉報。相互監督，對購買流動攤販食品的學生批評教育並通報家長。

(4)家長們以身作則，言傳身教，做一名不購買路邊攤不衛生食品的模範家長，爲孩子樹立一個好榜樣。

爲了學生的食品安全，爲了學生的茁壯成長，爲了讓老師、家長們少操一份心，爲了避免食物中毒等事件發生在我們的學生、我們的孩子身上，請讓我們齊心協力，齊抓共管，共同維護學校周邊健康、安全的食品消費環境。

“三無產品”一般是指無生產日期、無質量合格證以及無生產廠家、來路不明的產品。《中華人民共和國產品質量法》規定必須有中文廠名、中文廠址、電話、許可證號、產品標誌、生產日期、中文產品說明書、如有必要時還需要有限定性或提示性說明等等，凡是缺少的均視爲不合格產品。上述要求缺少其中之一，均可視爲“三無產品”。

而民以食爲天， “三無”食品在食品質量和衛生方面都存在嚴重的安全隱患，吃“三無”食品輕則引發腸炎等疾病，不利於身體生長髮育，重則引發集體中毒乃至死亡案件。例如：

1. 不合格的膨化食品、醃製和油炸食品衛生指標中的菌落數、大腸菌羣、過氧化值指標超標，還能產生亞硝胺、鉛等致癌物質，食用會導致胃腸不適、腹瀉並損害肝臟。

2. 果凍、糖精、飲料、巧克力、方便麪、罐頭和泡泡糖等兒童不宜多吃，在這類小食品中大多加入了防腐劑、色素、甜味劑等添加劑，食用過量會對中樞神經系統造成危害。

3. 不合格果脯、蜜餞中甜蜜素超標，不合格烤魚片、牛肉乾等食品中大腸菌羣和菌落總數超標。

4. 防腐劑含有大量亞硝酸銀，過量攝入亞硝酸銀會導致肝臟受損，嚴重的導致肝功能衰竭。腎臟過濾血液中的廢物，攝入過量有害物會嚴重損害腎功能。有些食品添加劑含有生長激素，少量攝入會導致兒童發育不正常，出現“肢端肥大症”、“肥胖症”、“巨人症”等;過量攝入會抑制兒童生長，使兒童停止發育出現“侏儒症”。所以說“三無食品”危害極大，尤其是對學生。

爲了珍惜生命、關愛健康，必須從我做起、從現在做起，積極拒絕抵制“三無”食品。作爲。。學校的一名學生，我們保證如下：

1、養成少買零食、少吃零食的好習慣。

2、儘量到熟悉、可靠的商店定點購買食品，遠離流動攤點。

爲了進一步加強和規範我校食品衛生安全工作，確保學生的身體健康和生命安全 ，針對當前小賣部存在的問題，根據上級有關文件精神，嚴禁學校小賣部銷售“三無”食品，尤其像肋條等這樣的三無食品。

一、學校小賣部銷售的商品在食品採購過程中必須向供貨單位索取生產許可證(食品流通許可證)、質量檢驗報告和正規票據(批發單位的“一票通”)，食品、飲料應符合食品安全標準。要建立進貨臺帳，如實記錄食品的名稱、規格、數量、生產批號、保質期、供貨者(購貨者)名稱及聯繫方式和進貨(銷售)日期等內容，或者保留載有相關信息的進貨(銷售)票據。記錄臺帳、票據的保存期限不得少於一年。定期向學校報告食品安全情況，接受學校監督，質量有保證，責任可追究。

二、學校小賣部經營的食品必須分類、分架、隔牆、離地存放，定期檢查，及時處理變質或過期的食品，並做好待銷食品檢查記錄，銷燬記錄，對銷燬的食品予以拍照留存。不得銷售《食品安全法》、《安徽省實施(食品安全法)辦法》規定嚴禁銷售的食品，特別是要關注不得銷售以下食品：

1.超保質期的食品和飲料。

2.無生產日期、無廠名廠址、無保質期的“三無食品”。

3.無“QS”標識的各類食品。

4.無證無照食品加工場生產的散裝食品。

三、爲確保各中國小師生的人身健康和生命安全，學校或工商部門發現有經營腐爛變質、過期食品，三無產品，假冒僞劣商品，以及其他涉及食品安全的依法予以處罰;情節嚴重的，依法移交司法機關追究刑事責任。

第一條保證內容

1、關於經營資格的保證

甲乙雙方保證提供的營業執照、供貨資質及合法授權真實有效。

2、甲方供應產品都有合格的《質量檢測報告》和相關的產品合格證，符合國家的相關規定。

3、甲方供應產品經乙方書面確認供應品牌及型號後，未經乙方同意不得作隨意更換。

4、供應產品的保質期不低於(月/XX年)，自產品經乙方驗收並調試投入使用之日起計算。

5、甲方認可乙方的產品驗收制度，並在對供應產品進行驗收時，嚴格遵守乙方的驗收制度。

6、對未通過驗收的產品，保證乙方在規定時間內補充或更換合格的產品;對通過驗收的產品，在乙方投入使用之前，出現相關證照不全、品牌不符及質量問題的，保證無條件退貨，並沒收保證金，並承擔乙方相應的經濟損失;對通過驗收並投入使用的產品，因產品質量產生任何問題，乙方有權無條件退貨。

第二條保證方式

本保證未經乙方方同意不可撤銷。只要甲方提供的機器在規定期限內存在質量或故障問題，(保證人)自願承擔連帶付款及賠償義務。

第三條保證期間

甲方提供的產品調試期爲XX年，保證人提供產品質量保證金X元(人民幣)。保證人自願保證在半XX年內若產品出現任何問題，乙方依約沒收全部個人保證金。保證期間爲XX年，保證期間爲甲方提供產品並在產品出現故障後的最近一次的調試時間起算。

第四條保證範圍

1、本保證擔保的範圍包括：主合同項下的債務本金、利息、罰金、違約金、損害賠償金和爲實現債權而實際發生的費用(包括但不限於訴訟費、律師費、調查費及相關費用)。

2、因甲方供應貨物的質量問題，對貴公司造成了不良影響的，甲方願承擔該批貨物價款倍的罰款，並承擔由此所造成的經濟損失及法律責任。

第五條爭議解決

當雙方發生糾紛時，可通過以下途徑解決：

1、雙方自願協商解決;

2、因本保證而造成的任何糾紛，均提交本擔保書籤訂地甲方總部所在地(廈門市湖裏區)法院法律訴訟解決。

爲保證產品質量，明確購銷雙方產品質量責任，確保產品質量合格，保證產品安全，特作如下保證：

三、供貨方向購貨方提供加蓋供貨單位公章的產品標準複印件。

四、供貨方保證所供產品符合法定的質量標準，並對產品質量負責，必要時向購貨方提供必要的質量資料，諸如產品檢驗報告書等相關資料。

五、供貨方的產品包裝、註冊商標等符合國家有關規定。

六、購貨方嚴格按產品包裝上註明的貯藏條件貯藏，因購貨方對產品保管養護不善而造成產品質量問題由購貨方負責。

七、消費者因產品質量問題進行投訴 ，供貨方應積極配合妥善解決 ，如確屬供貨方的責任，供貨方承擔全部責任和費用。

八、質量爭議(問題)的處理：

購貨方應嚴格按照制訂的技術標準對供貨方的產品進行檢驗，保證檢驗的公正和科學性，對檢驗不合格的剩餘樣品應保留一週。

對確屬供貨方質量問題的，已經使用造成的損失，由我公司負責。

對確屬供貨方生產質量問題，沒有使用的，由供需雙方協商解決(退貨或降價)。

九、本產品質量保證書自雙方簽定供貨合同發生供貨時生效，業務終止時同時終止。

X公司向您保證我們的產品均嚴格按照ISO9000認證管理體系進行生產，現對我公司生產的產品提供如下質量保證：

1、我公司保證產品在出廠會對產品進行各項指標的嚴格檢驗，確保產品合格率達到100%。

*超過保修期；*不能提供購買憑證的；

*客戶擅自維修、拆卸產品的或者客戶委託非本公司指定的維修人員維修，拆卸產品的；

*使用非正規的劣質通信電纜造成的損壞；

*由於水災、火災、雷擊、地震等不可抗拒災害造成產品發生故障或損壞的；

*其它非產品自身原因造成的故障或損壞。

4、產品使用過程中出現問題，我公司技術人員將做到有問必答，屬於產品質量問題的，我公司保證24小時內給予明確答覆或解決方案，質保期內需要現場處理，保證48小時到達現場。
