(三)通知
1．口頭通知
①口頭通知一般是由一方向另一方口頭傳達的
通知，敘述表達儘可能口語化，簡潔明瞭，說清意思就行。
②口頭通知不用寫通知時間和發通知的單位。
③口頭通知一開頭可有稱呼語，具體因通知對象
而異。常用的稱呼語有“Comrades and friends”、“Boys and girls”、“Teachers and fellow students”、“Ladies and gentlemen”，也有的不用開頭語，直接開始。
④口頭通知的一些常用的開頭語和結束語。

2．書面通知
寫作指導
書面通知、佈告(notice)，它是上級對下級、組織對成員部署工作、傳達事情、召開會議所使用的一種文體，出通知的單位寫在正文結束後的右下角，或者寫在NOTICE的正上方，出通告的日期一般寫在左下角，單位和日期兩項也可以省略。
通知的正文就是通告的內容，這是主體部分，包括通告的對象、事由、時間、地點等。
通知的語言要簡潔明瞭，條理清晰，要求精確，特別是時間概念很重要，必須寫得十分明確，不容絲毫含糊。
