近幾年，中國食品工業經常發生安全問題，這使得人們很擔憂並失去了信心。食品安全與人們的健康，安全以及經濟的健康發展息息相關，是國家穩定和社會發展的主要問題。自20__年三鹿事件發生以來，全社會對食品安全問題的關注越來越高。正是在這種情景下，食品安全問題被提到了一個空前的水平。
There are the following main issues in food security: using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process， adding toxic substances， excessive use of food additives， abusing of chemical additives and so on。 There are many reasons to cause this problem， and regulators， producers and even consumers share responsibilities。 The entire society should try effort to avoid food safety issues。

食品，是我們每個人身體健康的支撐點，猶如一條潺潺流淌的河，如果人是河流，那麼食品就是這條河的源頭，假如源頭受到了污染，那麼整條河都會受到污染。俗話說得好：“國以民爲本，民以食爲天”是啊，如果不關注食品安全，那麼會直接影響到我們的生活。
不知你是否注意過，學校外小路上的小攤總是人山人海，可是，他們販賣的食品都是“三無”食品，並且，路上揚起的灰塵會污染食品，這樣，灰塵便隨着食品進入到我們身體的各個角落了。大家買東西時有沒有想過這些食品有沒有生產許可證，這家店有沒有營業執照，食品中有沒有添加防腐劑呢?也許你們只是覺得味道好就吃了，但味道好並不代表着食物它安全，健康啊!
不僅僅是移動小攤販賣的食物不安全，長期吃膨化類食品也不安全，膨化類食品中包含許多食品添加劑，如果長期很多攝入，就會影響到我們的正常飲食。
像小攤上經常販賣的棉花糖中，包含很多的糖分，但有些商家爲了節儉成本，會使用一種叫做甜蜜素的食品添加劑，來保證食品甜度以及食品風味。
由此可見，食品安全不單單存在於那些移動小攤上，我們平時所喜好的許多零食都會存在一些安全問題，所以，爲了我們自身的健康，我向大家提出以下幾點提議：
1.購買食品儘量選擇正規渠道進行購買，不要貪小便宜而購買那些安全沒有保障的食品。
2.購買食品前能夠先看看食品的包裝配料表中添加劑的含量。
3.我們要控制自我的口腹之慾，在吃東西前想想食物是否健康。
4.做到良好的膳食搭配，不多吃零食，多吃健康蔬果。
5.堅持每日飲食均衡，堅持身體健康。
食品安全需要你我的參與，更需要大家的參與。生命完美從健康做起，身體健康從食品做起，食品安全從你我做起!讓我們攜起手來，爲了我們燦爛的將來，爲了我們完美的家園而共同努力吧!
