happineis like a pebble dropped into a pool to set in motion an ever-widening circle of ripples. as stevenson has said, being happy is a duty.

there is no exact definition of the word happiness. happy people are happy for all sorts of reasons. the key is not wealth or physical well-being, since we find beggars, invalids and so-called failures, who are extremely happy.

being happy is a sort of unexpected dividend. but staying happy is an accomplishment, a triumph of soul and character. it is not selfish to strive for it. it is, indeed, a duty to ourselves and others.

being unhappy is like an infectious disease. it causes people to shrink away from the sufferer. he soon finds himself alone, miserable and embittered. there is, however, a cure so si-mp-le as to seem, at first glance, ridiculous; if you don’t feel happy, pretend to be!

it works. before long you will find that instead of repelling people, you attract them. you discover how deeply rewarding it is to be the center of wider and wider circles of good will.

then the make-believe becomes a reality. you possethe secret of peace of mind, and can forget yourself in being of service to others.

being happy, once it is realized as a duty and established as a habit, opens doors into unimaginable gardens thronged with grateful friends.

尊敬的各位領導、老師：

大家上午好！

我演講的題目是《走進學生的心靈生成課堂的智慧》

智慧是諸葛亮隱居臥龍崗卻知天下三分大勢的目光和預言，智慧是司馬光小小年紀卻能砸缸救人的冷靜和沉着，智慧是瞎子深夜打燈籠照亮他人避免撞倒自己的哲思和創新。那語文課堂的智慧就是使每個學生都充分張揚個性，敢想敢爲，自主學習，充分發展，享受語文學習的快樂，感受自己智慧的力量，使整個課堂充滿智慧的挑戰。

一 、拾起童心，使老師愛心充足,生成課堂的智慧

有件生活小事令我感觸頗深。今年“十一”，我帶着兒子去花博會，景點裏的人摩肩接踵，兒子拉着我的手，一個勁地要我抱。我蹲下身去，才意外地發現：原來在兒子的視野里根本見不到“美麗的風景”。我一把把兒子抱起，兒子大呼“好看”。由此我想到了我們的課堂，在講臺上高高站着的老師，以自己的思維方式和已有的生活經歷滔滔不絕地給學生一味地講授時，可曾想過“蹲下來拾起童心”？我們要尊重和欣賞學生的獨特感受和多元見解，不排棄學生在學習過程中的“節外生枝”，在課堂上學生不再是唯唯諾諾、一步一趨、小心翼翼。在寬鬆和諧的學習環境中，沒有了學生對“師道與講臺”的敬畏，有的是老師拾起童心後的“綿綿愛心”，吸引着每一個學生進行智慧的碰撞、情感的融合、心靈的交互。在這樣的愛心課堂中，學生的思緒得以飛揚，靈感得以激發，學習更具挑戰，更有智慧。

二、激揚生命，使學生動力充分，生成課堂的智慧

學生在課堂不再是一個簡單的接受知識的“機器”，而是一個渴求主動發展的生命體。學生在課堂中“動”起來了，他們的學習纔會變得充滿智慧的挑戰。我在講授《驚弓之鳥》一課時提出“更羸不用箭、只拉弓就射下大雁，需要有哪些關鍵條件？”這一問題讓學生展開了層層遞進的探究活動，欣喜地聽到了學生充滿智慧的聲音。一個孩子說：我覺得關鍵是這隻大雁的箭傷還沒有癒合，要是大雁傷好了，它也就不會掉下來。另一個又說：我覺得還有一個關鍵的條件――更羸是古時候魏國有名的射箭能手，要不然更羸也不能知道這是一隻受過箭傷的大雁，而且它的傷口還沒有癒合。………這種探究，這種高強度的“腦力體操”，是多麼富有智慧的挑戰！

三、鏈接生活，使課堂張力充盈，生成課堂智慧

語文學習“三分靠課內，七分靠課外”，“得法於課內，得益於課外”。課外閱讀會使學生感到我們的語文課堂是穿越時空、包羅萬象的。而社會實踐讓學生走出教室，走出校門，使語文課堂更加豐富多彩、精彩紛呈。那是學習資源的“集散地”。在“我愛秋天”的實踐作文活動中，孩子們分成 了“空中收集組” “陸地收集組” “植物收集組” “水中收集組” 自己去親身尋找秋天，感受秋天。他們找完資料後，又互相交換，最後，學生根據自己的觀察積累，寫出了以“秋天”爲主題的作文。寫作文的時候，學生都說，這次的作文可真好寫，好像有寫不完的句子，畫不完的圖畫。在“保護環境、從我做起”的活動裏，學生上街搞調研、作宣傳，還將“河水清清，照我心靈”、“別髒了城市的臉”等一句句真情提醒的話語，製成精緻的警示牌擺放在了南陽河公園裏……語文課堂不再是封閉的知識訓練營，而是生活的“鏡子”，智慧學習的“新幹線”。這樣的語文課堂不就是我們心中所追求的智慧課堂嗎？

智慧是橋，架起通向成功的坦途；智慧是燈，照亮我們前行的道路；智慧是歌，激起我們實現理想的自信和堅強。只要我們能走進學生的內心世界，點燃他們內心的智慧火花，課堂必將呈現璀璨奪目的光彩，折射出智慧的光輝。

各位老師，同學們：

大家好，今天我要講的是——課堂是什麼?

課堂是什麼?課堂是知識傳遞的交接地，它廣闊、淵深，它嚴謹、活潑，它應該是一個神聖而親切的眼。而長久以來舊的教育觀念扭曲了課堂的本來面目，使多少學子不堪回首。時代需要一個全新的課堂，讓我們抖擻起精神，把課程標準的理念、方法迎進課堂，改造它、更新它，讓我們的孩子接受它。

如果說課堂是孩子們汲取知識的海洋，那它必然應該是水波浩淼、氣象萬千的。可走進某些課堂，我們看到教師的教案上永遠有一個標準答案，學生的思維永遠有一個牢不可破的框框;我們看到模式墨守成規、方法一成不變;我們看到無上的權威、嚴厲的說教，以及無條件的接受和戰戰兢兢的服從。於是，孩子們失去了海洋。課堂，是指向過去的世界，還是面向未來的時代?是以人類已經積累的知識爲本，還是以人的發展爲本?是以單通道方式向學生進行灌輸，還是引導學生學會關心、學會學習、學會動手、學會發展、學會探究?每一個答案都是後者，每一個答案都要求我們完成第一種改造：變“死”的課堂爲“活”的課堂。

課堂是教師耕耘的責任田，但更是學生收穫的莊稼地。課堂的主人是學生，你我都不能取而代之。可我們常常看到教師爲主角，學生成道具的戲劇時時在課堂上演。我們何必高高在上?我們何必板起臉孔?我們何必去牽着學生的鼻子?我們何必永遠只會說指令性的話語!難道面對前人知識、文化、智慧的精華，教師與學生是不平等的嗎?這樣的教師角色，體現不出教師勞動的創造本質，也貶低了你我的生命價值。其實，在課堂裏，老師、文本、學生之間應該是一種平等的對話。我想，學生歡迎這樣的教師：聞道有先、授業有道、解惑有法;學生喜歡這樣的課堂：平等、民主、自由。所以讓我們一起來完成第二種改造：變“教師的課堂”爲“學生的課堂”。

“課程標準”指出：“學習資源和實踐機會無處不在、無時不有。”“讀萬卷書不如行萬里路”“書中乾坤大、筆下天地寬。”前人早就告訴我們書本和實踐是不能割裂開來的。我們要完成的第三種改造便是：變“書本的課堂”爲“生活的課堂”。讓家事國事天下事伴隨着風聲雨聲讀書聲走進寒窗;讓書本上的鉛，跳躍成大自然的花紅柳綠、鳥獸蟲魚;讓孩子們求知若渴的目光穿越過去和未來，關注個體和社會。不可想象：教育如果遠離了學生鮮活的生活世界，怎能走進他們的內心世界!拋棄那些無聊的讓孩子討厭的練習吧，多讀，多寫，多實踐，讓我們營造一個真正的“大課堂”!

我們在課堂裏辛苦跋涉，從冬到春，從秋到夏，且行且思，知道唯有改造課堂才具有生命的活力!

作爲一名教師，也許你也曾想：我的工作有什麼意義，我上的課，我在課堂上滔滔不絕的話語，我給學生做的一張又一張的試卷，它們到底能給孩子帶去什麼。當學生因此而懼怕課堂，我們真的會黯然神傷。我們會想起自己做學生的時候，也曾接受過這樣的教育，也曾在這樣的課堂裏累積應試的知識。我們必須對這段生活有所反思。

課堂是學生成長的搖籃，是教師實現人生理想的地方，它應該成爲師生嚮往的智慧樂園、人生殿堂。時代的發展需要我們用嶄新的視角去審視課堂，未來人才的培養需要我們用全新的理念去改造標準就是一盞明燈，它指引着我們課堂改革的方向!改造勢在必行，改造刻不容緩，行動起來吧，在課堂裏，我們將與新課程共同成長!讓我們的每一堂課都精彩萬分，收穫多多吧。
