對於“五四”這一概念而言，它首先是作爲一個以青年學生爲主體的愛國主義革命運動的總 括性內涵而存在。同時，它又是一個內蘊着新文化思潮與新思想的時間概念。與其內涵有着前 後緊密歷史聯繫的內容，便是《新青年》雜誌了。說到《新青年》雜誌，也就必然無法迴避去 談“五四”。可以說，“五四”既是作爲一個時間概念具有了歷時性意義，又是作爲一個“革命史”概 念和“文化思潮”概念而影響性地存在着。因此，從“五四”的內涵和外延來看，1__9年5月4日在北 京發起的以青年學生爲主體的反帝反封建的愛國運動，它的思想來源與《新青年》雜誌所倡導 的新文化和新思想不無關聯。

xx年前的五四運動，奏響了中國青年運動的新樂章，爲當代青年留下了豐厚的精神財富，也爲我們在新的時代背景下做好工作提供了強大的精神動力。專業化重組以來，我公司各級團組織和廣大團員青年們，以“五四”精神爲動力，無論是在建立現代企業制度的改革探索中，還是在促進企業經濟進步、管理創新，提高員工素質的實踐中，都始終緊緊地圍繞企業黨政工作中心，發揮先鋒作用，貢獻青春才智，用自己的青春和熱血譜寫出光輝的樂章。
特別是xx年以來，各級團組織團結帶領廣大團員青年，圍繞企業經濟建設中心，充分發揮青年人的智力和體力優勢，依託爭當青年崗位能手活動和青年安全監督崗工作，把團的各項工作融入到企業生產經營工作之中，取得了可喜的成績，爲確保企業各項生產經營指標的超額完成發揮了生力軍和突擊隊作用。
青年朋友們，我們是最富有朝氣、最富有創造性、最富有戰鬥力的一支生力軍。企業構建快發展大發展全面發展的新格局，需要我們積極的參與，不懈的努力，艱苦的奮鬥。所有有志氣、有理想、有抱負的青年都要繼承和發揚“五四”光榮傳統，肩負起推進企業發展的歷史使命，積極投身企業經濟建設主戰場，進一步解放思想、轉變觀念，立足本職，無私奉獻，不斷提高自身業務水平和工作能力，努力把自己鍛鍊培養成爲崗位上的能手，培養鍛鍊成爲企業的新型建設者，爲公司實現做精做強和率先發展的奮鬥目標，做出積極的貢獻!

五四青年節英語演講稿 篇15
大家好，我是××。是分廠的一個技術員。
很高興今天能作爲一個青年人上臺來說幾句，同時讓我做爲一個青年人的代表上來發言我很惶恐，因爲我感覺我做的事情還遠遠不夠，還不夠讓大家來分享我工作和生活中所得到的收穫和經驗。還好成功的道理都是一樣的，從誰的口中說出來分別也不大。區別只是每個人對道理的執行情況不同而已。
說兩個方面，一是思想;二是行動。
先說思想：五四青年節正當春天，是我們年輕人的節日，也是還保持着一顆年輕的心的所有人的節日。而我們每個人自己想一想，自己從上一個五四到今天這個五四我們都做了些什麼?有沒有朝自己的理想天天在前進?這個問題也可以每天早晨或深夜問自己一下。
我還好，會偶爾問自己一下。結論可能會和好多人是不一樣的：沒有!於是我就會緊張，我就會在接下來努力的工作一陣子，而且一定會進步!——因爲我年輕，因爲我和大家一樣很需要進步，需要在這個看起來很廣闊很自由實際上卻很陌生很殘酷的世界上用自己的雙手給自己刨出塊空間來生存。當哪天感覺日子過得不對勁了，我就會靜下來再問自己同樣的問題。
很多人知道阿里巴巴的馬雲，他說過一句話：“傻堅持好於不堅持。”關於思想我再說最後一句：“不要放棄自己的信念，不能只在離目標很遠的地方徘徊，要‘日三省吾身’”。
再就是行動：來工廠快四年了，沒有了剛從學校裏出來的那股楞勁了。不是別人問一句非得答十句，非得證明自己什麼都會，前途無量的時候了。如果你問我：“你都會什麼?”我答不上來。
爲什麼呢?因爲時間告訴我,我將一直是個無知的人,還有很我事情去學,去做。
而如果你說“我有件什麼什麼難事需要人去做，你能不能做?”我多半會說：“能!”
爲什麼呢?因爲自信!胸有成竹!在我心裏,不會已經不是難題,難的是你不敢做,難的是你沒有解決問題的方法!
百聞不如一見，百見不如一練，百練方成斫輪老手。工作是什麼?不管你是什麼崗位的員工。開發也好，工藝也好，文員也好，司機也好，操作工也好，維修工也好，工作和我們上學時做題一樣，都是熟能生巧。巧了才能創新，才能出結果，才能出成績。很多人(包括我)常常一件事做過一次就說會了，再做就嫌煩了，急着想做更難做的事。這樣不成，就像玩電腦遊戲，有經驗的可以想想，沒有對簡單事情那種不假思索，擡手就做的熟練程度，複雜的事情根本不能做好。中間會遇到的困難和阻力就太多太大了。每一步都得小心翼翼地走，走得還跌跌撞撞，請問哪裏是盡頭?完全就是剛剛學步的小孩子在跑三千米!只有對平淡、簡單的事有着信手拈來的能力。纔有做複雜事情的資格。這就是行動的意義。一句話，淺嘗輒止的行爲只適用於犯錯，要想對成功胸有成竹，還得不斷重複地做着簡單的事情，這樣，遇見機會你才能抓得住，拿得下。
最後說個例子，我們分廠的弧加工前要進行加工參數的理論計算，公式不多，二百來個，用第一個公式算出來的結果代入下一個接着算，並且是一連串算下來，最後會得到了了無幾的幾個參數，精度要求到小數點後三四位就好。我要說的是這中間計算時所有中間值取值都要精確到小數點後至少八位，爲什麼呢?因爲過程中就三舍五舍的把感覺沒用的位數抹去，最後出來的結果只會是一個情況：驢脣不對馬嘴!
就像我們的生活，你都非常認真非常仔細地在過了，結果生活可能還會讓你很不如意，而如果我們平時就隨便地胡亂生活着，結果生活肯定不會偏愛你這一個人!
