歷史翻到了1860年10月 6日，英法聯軍侵入圓明園，他們把園內的各種奇珍異寶通通拿走，實在拿不走的，就任意破壞，毀掉，大火燒了三天三夜，硝煙瀰漫了整個北京城。中國人都握緊了拳頭，可是他們卻無力反抗，只好眼睜睜地看着圓明園被英法聯軍燒爲灰燼。1931年9月18日,日本侵略者打開中國的大門時，見一個就殺一個,一時間, 松花江血流成河,到處都是屍體,慘不忍睹.那時我們的中國是多麼脆弱啊，神州大地經常遭受外敵的侮辱，中國人民處於水深火熱之中.

展開中國地圖，迎面960萬平方公里土地映入眼簾——北京的故宮，頤和園。湖南的鳳凰古城、芙蓉鎮。張家界的武陵源、天子山。海南的西島，天涯海角。江西的九華山、廬山……可是做讓我爲之驕傲的還是祖國首都的風景名勝——圓明園。圓明園在北京西北郊，是一座舉世聞名的皇家園林。它由圓明園、萬春園和長春園組成，所以也叫圓明三園。此外，還有許多小園，分佈在圓明園東、西、南三面，衆星拱月般地環繞在圓明園周圍。
圓明園中，有金碧輝煌的殿堂，也有玲瓏剔透的亭臺樓閣;有象徵着熱鬧街市的"買賣街"，也有象徵着田園風光的山鄉村野。堪稱"世界上的博物館"。可是，如此美麗的園林卻在1860年被毀滅了。1860年10月6日，英、法聯軍侵入北京，闖進圓明園。他們把園內凡是能拿走的東西，統統掠走，拿不動的，就用大車或牲口搬運。實在運不走的，就任意破壞、毀掉。爲了銷燬罪證，10月18日和19日，三千多名侵略軍奉命在園內放火。大火連燒三天，煙雲籠罩整個北京城。我國這一園林藝術的瑰寶、建築藝術的精華，就這樣被化爲灰燼。

XX年的汶川8.0特大級地震。讓原來和諧的社區，美麗的校園，歡樂的遊樂園在“轟”的一聲巨響下變了一個樣——成了一片廢墟。但是，我們中華人民並沒有向困難低頭，一方有難，八方支援。不久，就有幾十輛挖土機輪番挖掘道路，幾千名武警官兵用鐵鏟，錘子，鑽土機等工具手動救援。數十位國家領導人到災區問候。經過大家幾十天沒日沒夜的搶救。大部分被困人員獲救，還有小部分爲了救出別人，而犧牲自己生命的人：爲了讓同學們安全獲救，而用自己瘦小的身軀擋住水泥板的教師;爲了讓更多學生獲救而沒有去救自己親生女兒的校長;爲了讓自己小孩獲救而用自己的身體擋住巨大水泥板的母親。這有哪個國家的人能做到?只有中國!
這些中華人民的品質，難道我們不應該學習嗎?

曾幾何時，祖國您歷盡磨難，飽受滄桑。侵略者的魔爪，將您瓜分，冒險家的肆虐，將您洗淨。您每一寸土地都被烙上深深的血痕，您每一張容顏都佈滿了驚恐!山河在嗚咽，松濤在哀鳴。然而英雄的中國人並沒有趴下，一片片忠心，一首首悲歌，化作那一聲聲吶喊，一股股豪情!爲挽救我沉淪的祖國，多少仁人志士上下求索，多少英雄豪傑血染疆場。南湖的紅船吹響了革命的號角，井岡山的紅旗點燃起星星之火。沉睡的雄獅終於發出震耳欲聾的怒吼，東方巨龍終於抖擻精神揚威於世!1949年10月1日，天安門城樓上那氣壯山河的吶喊，展示了中國人的氣魄和膽量，挺起了一直佝僂着的中國人的背樑。
回首過去，我們雄心激盪;展望未來，我們豪情萬丈!
建國六十年，祖國的變化日新月異;滄桑歲月雖留痕，繁榮盛事正展現。胸懷祖國，放眼世界，我的眼裏充盈着激動和興奮的淚花，我常常心中深情地呼喊“祖國，您是我心中最美麗的花”!我深深地把您熱愛。
盛世年華，喜浪千疊，改革開放，華夏同慶。
近三十年的改革開放，我們的祖國又駛上了發展的快車道;從唱響“春天的故事”到“神七”載人飛船的升空，從“東亞病夫”到奧運會成功舉辦……一切的一切，無不展示我中國人的勤勞、堅強、智慧和勇敢。
泱泱大中華，悠悠五千年。每一次五星紅旗冉冉升起，每一次國歌在我耳邊響起，我都會爲自己是中國人而自豪，驕傲。
