Life is a struggle. I shall never forget the most striking part of HenryWadsworth Longfellow' s poem -- A Psalm of Life: "In the world's blood field ofbattle, In the bivouac of life, Be not like dumb, driven cattle! Be a hero inthe strife!"
Ludwig van Beethoven was a typical "hero in the strife". He was not onlyone of the greatest composers, but also one of the most persevering men. As adeaf man, he went on working with his strong will in the last year of his life,though he was not able to hear his own fine and original music. Another exampleof persistence in struggle is Deng Yaping. She once said that her technique camefrom continuous training, emphasizing the importance of daily practice to aplayer.
As a student, I seem to be in a boat sailiug against the current. I mustmake an effort to forge ahead. A little carelessness will result in being drivenback. Indeed, learning is a struggle against idleness and owing the examples of Ludwig van Beethoven and Deng Yaping, I shall takegreat pains to urge myself on, moving steadily forward like a heroic boatman inthe rough sea of knowledge.

Einstein said “Genius is one percentof inspiration and ninety-nine percent of perspiration.” He had been workinghard for many years before he finally worked out his theory of as Edison experienced countless failures before he finally invented theelectric bulb. Wang Junxia was able to win the world championship of longdistance race only because she had many years of hard training. Therefore,diligence is the key to success. Doubtless hard work promises fruitful yone is awarded the right to work hard in order to reach his goal.Apparently, diligence is necessary to success. Happiness is nearly always areward for hard work.
On the other hand, idleness is believed to be the root of all evil. Anyonewho habitually likes idling but desires everything is daydreaming. We should beaware that if we dream away our precious time, when we wake up, it may be toolate for us to achieve anything. So, as college students, we should never stopworking hard so that we will remain successful in the future competitions.

不知道大家有沒有看過最近一部很火的電影——《致我們終將逝去的青春》，這部電影取景在南京的幾所高校，看的時候感覺十分親切。去到電影院的時候，我發現觀衆裏，有正值青春二三十多歲的人，還有緬懷青春的四十多歲的人，爲什麼這些人，都會被這部以青春爲名的電影所吸引?我想，這正是因爲，青春，是我們每個人的夢想的起點，夢之船從每個人的青年時代起航。今年的“五四”青年節剛剛過去，今天，我要做一個關於青春、關於夢想的演講，演講題目是“青春夢想曲”。
在我眼裏，青春就像一幅畫，就像一首歌，更像多個樂章交織起來的交響樂，這第一樂章就是“心中有夢”。
生而爲人，與其他動物的不同之處，就在於我們會讓做夢，我們愛做夢，我們無法抑制自己不去做夢，這個夢，就是理想，就是人生目標。習近平總書記提出的中國夢，是國家的、民族的，也是每一箇中國人的;是在座所有出版人的，更是我們青年員工的，編出一本好書，賣出一本好書，宣傳一本好書，這就是我們青年員工該有的理想。
青春夢想曲的第二樂章就是“敢於追夢”。中國載人航天工程和探月工程設計師平均年齡只有30多歲，外交部翻譯室的平均年齡只有31歲，百度員工平均年齡只有26歲，這些青年人不僅心中充滿夢想，而且敢於追求夢想，做出了令人讚歎的成績，青年興則國家興，青年強則國家強，我們應該以他們爲榜樣，在自己的工作崗位上勇敢追夢。

下午好!我演講的題目是《青春的力量》。
有這樣一種力量，它可以使人在黑暗中不停止摸索，在失敗中不放棄奮鬥，在挫折中不忘卻追求。在它面前，天大的困難微不足道，無邊的艱險不足爲奇。這種力量，就叫青春信念。
俄 國的列賓曾經說過：沒有原則的人是無用的人，沒有青春信念的人是空虛的廢物。就從我們古代說起吧：兩千多年前的漢朝着名史學家司馬遷，因“李陵事件”下獄，受 了宮刑。應該說，人世間沒有比這更大的恥辱了。可是他沒有消沉，忍辱含垢，披肝瀝膽，專心着述整整十一年，終於寫成了《史記》那部五十二萬字的鴻篇巨着。 這需要多麼大的毅力啊!假如他不是爲了“究天下之際，通古今之變，成一家之言”，恐怕早就自盡身亡了。這就是青春信念的力量。
再來說說近 代，我們敬愛的周恩來。他是真正稱得上，爲他所信仰的共產主義事義奮鬥一生的人。在他生命的最後時刻，他還要求身邊的工作人員爲他播放《國際歌》。當 那磅礴的旋律盈滿一室時，的嘴脣分明還在翕xi動，在吟唱!在連放三遍後，對守在身邊的鄧穎超同志說：“我堅信全世界共產主義一定能實現。”雖 然，講這個話的聲音很細微，卻給身邊的人震動很大。已近彌留階段的他，最後唱這支歌，顯示了真正不移的青春信念。人生儘可青春信念不同，能夠爲青春信念奮鬥終身，奉獻 一切，那麼，就連他的敵人也會爲他的人格肅然起敬。
從古說到今，讓我們再來說說自已身邊的人物吧!她，是我處道橋公司的一名女工程 師，作爲市政行業中的一員，她像一顆耀眼的星星，在衆多璀璨閃耀的羣星中熠熠發光。她，就是馬飛。馬飛畢業於武漢城建學院，90年到市政管理處工作。這 10多年來，她曾經做過工程資料員、質量員、施工員、項目經理。每份工作她都做都兢兢業業，一絲不苟。力求把工作做得盡善盡美是她的青春信念。就拿馬飛擔任柳 西河工程的項目經理這件事來說吧。這個工程是當年度市政府實事工程之一，施工難度大，壓力重。作爲項目經理的馬飛，精心組織人員，合理安排工序。在施工 中，她始終把工程質量放在首位，嚴格按照施工組織設計的有關技術措施，反覆向項目部全體人員進行佈置和交底，使每個成員做到胸有成竹。工程一開工，馬飛就 日夜守在了工地上，每天晚上十點、十一點，有時甚至一二點鐘纔回家，成了一個名副其實的“都市夜歸人”。女項目經理如此敬業，令工地上的職工肅然起敬，於 是用百倍的工作熱情來表達對她的敬佩之情。最後，柳西河整治工程被評爲優良工程，並獲得了市“甬江建設杯”。正是因爲馬飛心中有着堅定的青春信念，她才能夠先 後出色的完成三市路、體育中心等項目工作，得到各級領導的好評。現在，她是市“三八”紅旗手、省級優秀共產黨員，也是我處女職工的榜樣。
在 座的各位團員青年，聽着這一個個鮮活的事例，您感到青春信念的力量了嗎?當然，我們二十一世紀的青年，應該比前人有更高的奮鬥目標，更美好的理想，更堅定的信 念。我們應該象他們那樣，完成時代賦予的使命，肩負起我們市政事業的未來。歷史是漫長的，人生是短暫的。那麼，朋友們，請用牢固的青春信念的桅杆，高高地揚起 你理想的風帆吧，爲了單位的振興發展，爲了祖國的繁榮昌盛，乘風破浪，一往無前!
