I was graduated from shenzhen university. my major is i will got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.

In July 20xx, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in shenzhen use I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 20xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. 大家好!我是來自城職11機電班的，今天能有幸參加部長競選，我很是感激，今天我想競選的職務是宣傳部部長!
我想先簡單介紹一下我與宣傳部的那些事兒!我在宣傳部待了一年了。從青澀的踏入大學校門，到現在站在這裏從容不迫的，坦然的面對在座的諸位，實屬不易!宣傳部是我大學唯一加入的部門，所以一直堅守得比較頑強!不是因為怕失去後無所事事，而是怕的的確確少了一種內在的精神寄託!我喜歡做板報、海報時的感覺，總是在完成自己的靈感，為別人傳達信息。 宣傳部的工作大致上可以分為兩個部分——定期的和不定期的。
定期的工作主要就是板報的定期更新，定期檢查，定期評比。不定期的工作，舉個例子，像是十佳歌手比賽的晚會舞台的佈置等諸如此類的校園活動。
再來談談我對宣傳部的理解。宣傳部官方點的話是各部門之間的樞紐，及時傳遞一個組織的信息，做好本職的宣傳工作。這一年來，我感受到的宣傳部其實是以其他部門的各項活動為載體，在做板報的過程中發展並展示自己的文化和特點。宣傳部絕非一個輔助部門，它是一個以自己為本體，以自己的創作靈感為核心，每一張海報的製作都是為實現自己的想法而做出的行為。我想對我的部員説：每一張板報都是自己做的，屬於你們!只要用心，就能做好，只要熱愛，就是完美!
如果我當選了宣傳部部長，我將從兩個詞來建設宣傳部。第一個詞是質量。因為我們宣傳部的工作主要是製作板報，而每一張板報在一定程度上決定了整個學院的精神風貌。要想提高一張板報的質量，主要從部員們的專業技能着手。可以通過例會展示，來鼓勵部員學有專長;可以通過板報總結來為下一次做板報積累經驗。第二個詞是合作。合作對一個部門至關重要。可以從以下細節來建設：1工作安排。我會將工作儘量細節化，具體化，讓每一個部員明確自己的職責，在各項工作的銜接過程中培養其合作能力。2、平時例會多舉辦些小活動，來在潛移默化中增加部員的默契。3、定期出去遊玩。出去一次最能增加他們的凝聚力。我將會盡職盡責，做好每一份工作。人生需要在適合自己的崗位上多磨練自己，就讓我為宣傳部多失幾次眠吧!我將倍感幸福!

我們都知道，校學生會祕書處協助主席團統籌和協調學生會整體工作，最大程度發揮橋樑和紐帶的作用;負責處理學生會日常工作，並及時瞭解和掌握各部門的工作進度及工作效果;制定學生會考核章程，負責對學生會全體人員執行考核、培訓、監督;負責起草、制定並執行、監督學生會各項規章制度;負責全校性學生幹部培訓基地工作開展;負責擬定學生會工作計劃、工作總結等有關材料;負責安排有關會議會務事宜，包括簽到﹑記錄等工作;做好學生會幹部的人事管理工作，完善制訂並妥當管理學生會成員人事檔案;深入瞭解幹部的思想和工作開展情況，及時給予指導和調整;對學生會內部財務進行公開化管理;組織並協調相關活動，負責校學生會等溝通性工作的開展。
