有一句話是説：“畢業等於失業。”是的，在學校，我們住學校的，吃父母的，生活無憂無慮，面臨畢業，我們就面臨要接受生存的考驗。在當今這個就業形勢非常嚴峻的今天，大學生對將來的生活很茫然，對找工作也充滿了恐懼感，但是，不能因為害怕避而遠之，今天，我們要討論的就是：大學生就業的問題。

所以説每個人都要調整好自己的心態，要甘心從基礎做起，不要一開始就把自己定位得太高，免得到了下了台階。一旦你的能力被老闆發現了，不用你説自然老闆會給你加薪，提拔你。那些天天吵着加薪的最後的結果可能都是被吵掉，因為老闆發現你值不了那麼錢一個月，所以沒有給你加薪，你還在鬧，那結果可想而知。真正有能力的人不是自己吵着加薪，而是老闆自然給你加薪。

此時此刻，我想給大家講一個故事，這是發生在元朝初期的故事。一個風和日麗的下午，一個年輕人跋山涉水，他走過居庸關，跨過蒙古草原，一直來到了正在關外帶兵作戰的成吉思汗的帳篷外，年輕人向衞兵説明來意後，衞兵仔細搜查了他的身上是否是武器，發現沒有，然後讓他走進帳篷。成吉思汗見來人很有禮貌，詢問之後才知道，原來這個年輕人是來投奔他的。這個年輕人叫做耶律楚才，是個契丹貴族，生長在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保機，是赫赫有名的遼國遼太祖。經過這次見面，成吉思汗給他安排了一個職位，一個每天寫會議紀要的書記官，偶爾也為蒙古貴族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什麼的。耶律楚才沒有因為拒絕，他欣然接受了這個工作，後來，他從一個小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，為元朝的發展做出了巨大的貢獻，也實現了自己的人生價值。

從這個故事當中，我意識到大學生找工作要從三個方面考慮，第一應該敢於主動去找工作，敢於主動去尋找機會就業;第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恆、工作是不分貴賤;第三，不要認為自己的起點高，就一定要從事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合適的。現在的競爭很激烈，大學生有去洗腳有去做服務員的，每一份工作都是一個機會，機會也不是到處都有。我們大學生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主動出擊，主動尋找就業機會。

最後，我想借用李白的詩句與大家共勉：天生我材必有用，千金散盡還復來!祝願大家在畢業之後能夠人人找到好工作，人人都有輝煌的明天。
