當樑主任安排我教師節會上發言時，我欣然答應了，但是，當我準備發言稿時，我又猶豫了，那是因為我的工作太平凡，與學校領導相比，他們往往都是為了學校的建設和發展，忘記了節假日，為了學校這個大家庭，丟棄了自己的小家庭;與教師骨幹相比，工作上他們總是模範帶頭細緻周到;與帶孩子上班的年輕“爸爸媽媽們”比，他們的困難、不方便之處比我多……在他們身上體現着我們萬寶中學教師團隊的團結奮進和鋭意進取，大家都是當之無愧的優秀啊!
