一、培訓工作情況

三、培訓工作分析
(一)取得的成績：
2、建立制度性培訓體系。以往，公司培訓工作缺乏系統性制度，培訓管理幅度和力度很弱，培訓資金無保證，員工培訓意識差，培訓工作開展十分困難。今年質量管理部投入大量精力,在總結了以往公司培訓經驗的基礎上，優化培訓管理流程，完善教育培訓制度。重點加強了培訓需求分析和培訓專案審批流程，在多次徵求各單位意見後，全面提升公司培訓工作的制度化管理。
4、不斷改進培訓方式，積極探索新的培訓模式。
(二)存在的問題和不足
1、培訓工作考核少，造成培訓“參加與不參加一個樣，學好學孬一個樣”的消極局面，導致培訓工作的被動。
2、培訓形式缺乏創新。只是一味的採用“上面講、下面聽”的形式，呆板、枯燥，提不起學員的興趣，導致學員注意力不集中，影響了培訓效果。
3、原則性不強。不能嚴格執行培訓紀律和有關規定，對違反者睜一隻眼閉一隻眼，不能按章辦事，這是導致培訓紀律鬆懈、秩序較亂的主要原因。
4、在年中所做培訓中我們還不難發現，一部分人員感覺培訓過於頻繁，另外一部分員工則反應得不到相應培訓，這是一個不容迴避的問題，作為致力於學習型組織的企業，首要的培訓任務是要使全員樹立培訓意識，為企業發展和自我發展充電。而培訓層面的不均衡，更是需要20xx年去大力改善。
5、內部講師授課技巧普遍不高，有待提高，製作課件水平不足，自主研發課程能力有所欠缺，所以，以上需要改善，進一步規範內部講師管理，提升內部講師授課水平，推行內部講師認證，真正打造一支合格稱職的內訓師隊伍。
四、改進措施
(一)有利條件
1、公司改制後，改制企業的機構、人員做完調整後，改制企業員工的綜合素質和工作技能的提高，以及企業文化的再建，必然是下一階段的工作重點，培訓工作的任務必將增加，良好的培訓效果和質量也會越來越得到公司領導的重視。
2、隨著mqms體系《培訓管理程式檔案》的釋出，公司教育培訓體系正在初步建立，培訓工作有了制度的指導和約束，將大大的有利於以後工作的展開。
(二)具體措施
1、 作好培訓基礎工作
《培訓管理程式檔案》雖已釋出，在具體執行過程中一定還會遇到各種困難，還需要我們的不斷總結和及時調整。在具體工作流程上還需要進一步理順，在管理制度上還需要多方面補充。還要進一步加強培訓資料的收集和培訓器材的配置，加強相關工作人員的專業素質培訓。
2、建立培訓資源網路，進一步豐富企業培訓資源。
公司業務的廣泛性也決定了公司各部門培訓需求的廣泛性。為了較好的滿足公司成員的培訓需求，選擇合適的培訓課程，培訓講師，配置合適的培訓資源，我們必須要取得大量及時、準確的培訓資訊，擴大培訓業務聯絡，建立起自己有效的培訓資源網路。特別是要積極與比較強勢的專業機構保持好戰略性的合作伙伴關係，及時掌握前沿的動態資訊，並橫向瞭解到業界相關的熱門需求，調整思路，並就某些具體專案達成合作協議。
