In recent years, China’s food industry occurs security issus frequently, which makes people worried and lose confidence。 Food safety, related to the people’s health, safety and healthy development of economy, is the major issue of national stability and social development。 Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 20__, the entire society increasingly concerned about food safety issue。 It was in this context that the food safety issue was referred to an unprecedented level。

近幾年,中國食品工業經常發生安全問題,這使得人們很擔憂並失去了信心。食品安全與人們的健康,安全以及經濟的健康發展息息相關,是國家穩定和社會發展的主要問題。自20__年三鹿事件發生以來,全社會對食品安全問題的關注越來越高。正是在這種情景下,食品安全問題被提到了一個空前的水平。

There are the following main issues in food security: using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process, adding toxic substances, excessive use of food additives, abusing of chemical additives and so on。 There are many reasons to cause this problem, and regulators, producers and even consumers share responsibilities。 The entire society should try effort to avoid food safety issues。

近年來,隨著“三聚氰胺”、“瘦肉精”、“染色饅頭”等事件先後曝光後,食品安全問題越來越令人堪憂,能否保證餐桌安全,讓學生吃上放心飯成為各級政府亟待解決的民生大事,在此背景下,我市率先開展食品安全專題培訓,我有幸於 年 月 日參加了此次培訓,通過學習,使我對食品安全有了更深的認識。

作為學校食品安全,我認為應抓好以下工作

1、對我校的培訓工作高度重視,始終把培訓工作作為促進食品安全工作取得實際成效的基礎性工作,持之以恆,紮實抓好。把培訓擺在重要的議事日程,專題研究和安排部署學習計劃,明確學習重點和內容,動員所有人員提高認識,努力提高我校食堂食品安全工作綜合素質。

2、抓好食品安全的宣傳教育,在師生、食堂從業人員中,廣泛開展《食品安全法》的學習,通過小手拉大手、一個學生帶動一個家庭,一個家庭帶動一個社群,從而帶動整個社會,使之全民認識食品安全工作的重要性、迫切性,提高食品安全意識。

3、抓好食堂飲食安全管理,嚴把食品採購關,切斷食源性汙染和疾病的發生,大宗食品定點採購,嚴格索證,建好臺賬,嚴禁採購散裝調味品,做好蔬菜農藥殘留檢測,不符合要求的蔬菜,嚴禁進入校園,加強食用油、禽畜肉等的檢查,確保安全;加強從業人員衛生安全教育,規範食品加工銷售過程管理,以保證食品衛生安全。

民以食為天,食以安為先,我們將積極行動,落實“全市食品安全專題培訓”會議精神,切實抓好學校食品安全管理,保證廣大學生飲食安全。
