申請人必需向申請做博士後的單位提交兩份《專家推薦信》。申請人在下欄中填好自己姓名和所申請的單位名稱後，將此表分送兩位瞭解和熟悉自己的專家(其中一位最好是申請人的博士生指導教師)。爲方便專家填寫推薦意見後將其退回申請人，請申請人在下面的欄目中詳細寫明自己的通信地址。
