首先介紹一下教材，是跟我們三、四年級英語教材相銜接的，也是和我們的國中英語相配套的，如果你以前的英語沒有學好，那相對來說，你現在學得比較累;同樣地，如果你現在不學好英語，那將來的英語學習也是不難想象的。因爲現在國小英語，如果有心的家長仔細看的話，會發現國小英語的詞彙量與語法是無法想象的。所以我們只有現在打好良好的基礎，纔不會導致英語越學越難、越學越差。
這一班學生在英語方面是我剛剛接手的，每個學生學習情況我還在不斷的瞭解之中，其實在座的家長對自己子女的情況比我更加清楚。學生們都是在三年級時同一起跑線上起跑的，經過兩年來的學習，學生與學生之間已經拉開了差距。一些好的學生學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踊躍發言，課後及時鞏固，形成了良性循環的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭並進，我爲他們感到欣慰。可也有一些學生，平時學習馬虎，基礎不紮實，功虧一簣，導致他們現在課上聽講出現困難，用他們自己的話說：“李老師上課，我聽不懂。”聽不懂，還不努力，書面作業拖拉不交，口頭作業根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的學生還是處於中間層次，老師所教的，所佈置的作業能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在着個體差別。儘管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個臺階。
怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢?我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有着不可推卸的責任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼籲我們的家長配合學校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學好英語。用一句時髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長。
重視良好的學習習慣的培養
(1)讓孩子多聽錄音在少兒英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然後纔是讀寫能力的培養。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，爲此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以後，跟着說。按照眼前利益來看，我們的升學考試也一年比一年注重聽力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。比如前年的聽力佔35分，去年就已經佔40分了。
(2)讓孩子大聲說英語家長要每天留出15分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當天有無英語課。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利於清楚地表達自己，也有利於他人糾正自己的錯誤。
(3)讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕鬆些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發現有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，並能用它們來造句、說話。
在具體的實施過程中發現：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟我聯繫，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。
單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家佈置抄寫單詞，其目的不在於抄，而在於提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業，認爲只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什麼關係，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他負債累累，應付不過來，學習處於被動狀態，從而影響了以後的學習，出現退步現象。因此，請大家在家裏督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。父母親的良好榜樣起着很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，特別是行爲，會極大地影響孩子。
在默寫單詞、詞組、課文的時候，有些會誘導父母：老師要求報英語，那家長就比較爲難，一方面，自己根本不會讀英語;另一方面，也只能幫助他作弊了。
其實，我們對默寫的要求是這樣的：單詞、詞組是要求家長報中文，課文是要求學生自己熟背然後默寫的。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次說：英語好難，我默不出來;就任由他去。你讓你的孩子知道：今天，你花大時間去養成好習慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業就會更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長說過：“要把培養孩子當作自己的事業來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點，相信你的孩子會給予你更多的回報!

你們好! 我是孩子們的英語老師孟老師，很榮幸能通過本次家長會與您一起交流我們的英語教學，看着在坐的家長朋友，絕大部分家長，我們還是第一次正式碰面，在此，真誠地向家長朋友們說聲謝謝，感謝您對我們這一門學科的支持與配合，借次機會我想和家長朋友們交流以下幾方面的內容。
一、班級整體情況
在優秀班主任劉老師的帶領下，我們班比較優秀(進步較大)，在這次期會考試中我們取得了比較好的成績的成績，本次考試共有50人蔘加，總分3696.5、平均分73.93、及格率76%、90分以上有11人，80-90分以上12人、70-7911人，60-69分4人，12人不及格。優秀率率28%其中高分是田帥99分。 但也有小部分學生明顯落後與別人，主要表現在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業沒有按時上交或乾脆不交等現象，久而久之，他的各種表現就落後了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學生。
二、英語學科的特點
本學期我們用的是陝旅版英語教材的三年級起點，在學生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎上，強調語言的運用，注重能力的培養，培養學生自主學習的能力和獨立運用所學語言去做事的能力。但教學內容緊密聯繫國小生的生活和學習實際，選擇話題充分考慮到國小生的需求，涉及學校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數字等。因此，英語學科的學習本身趣味性比較強，成績好的同學會越學越有趣，小部分同學基礎沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學習的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的沒學會，到高段難的知識點學起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有partA B C 三部分內容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學，對話教學和閱讀教學;還有C部分，也就是故事教學是選學內容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作爲有興趣的同學自己自學內容。
三、 如何在家監督孩子的英語學習
1.關注家庭作業
每週有四節英語課，這四天裏我都會佈置家庭作業，並且我對家庭作業有具體的要求：若當天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業肯定是默寫重點句，對預習作業的要求是：聽錄音，若預習單詞，要在家校聯繫本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養學生主動學習的習慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師佈置的作業。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發現很多孩子是來學校補的。所以，從今天以後，家長可以根據這幾個要求去關自己孩子完成作業的情況，當然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關注孩子的學習而且可以在微信羣裏詢問作業或者當面諮詢老師。
2.關注單元測試 看孩子的試卷，不光看分數的高低，更要關注孩子錯誤的原因，是因爲粗心，還是因爲本身就不會。一次考試，不僅僅只是分數上的收穫，更是一種學習方法上的收穫。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學習的成就感，每次測試後我都以不同的方式給予學生獎勵，有，優秀獎，進步獎，鼓勵獎。當然我們獎勵的獎品是從成績不好的學生奶得到的，我這樣做並不是爲了其他的什麼，知識想通過這個小小的獎勵或者懲罰讓好的更好，讓不好的變好，希望家長能理解和支持。
四、 幾點希望
1.家長要轉變觀念，要把語文，數學，英語放在同等位置。經常可以聽到家長的議論，國小英語沒關係，國中會重學的，其實這是一種錯誤的觀念。國中七年級是有三個模塊式複習內容的，但後面的內容跨度還是很大的。所以養成良好的學習習慣要從國小開始，孩子的學習必須家校合作，因爲時代在進步，再也不要和你那時自己的學習比較。希望家長再家多費點心，多關注自己孩子的英語學習情況。
2.多關注孩子的學習動態，別過早的放棄孩子對英語的學習，要意識到國小的知識相對來說是比較簡單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學英語的動力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。

國小六年級，是學生在國小學習生活中最後一個階段，也是國小與國中的接軌點，學生素質的高低，成績的好壞，即將面臨一個新的環境的新的挑戰，所以國小六年級階段十分重要。而英語是繼語文數學的又一大主科。尤其是到了國中階段，英語科目所佔分值高達120分，考試內容涵蓋聽說讀寫。而我們國小階段正處於英語基礎的學習階段，一個紮實的英語知識基礎會爲國中的進一步學習提供很大的幫助，減輕很大的負擔。國中內容信息量，知識量都大大增加。國小基礎沒打好的同學道理國中會很吃力。
我已經代咱們三個班的英語有半個多月的時間了，通過這半個月，我大體上已經瞭解了我們同學的英語水平狀況。現在我就來和大家說說:
首先我們同學的英語水平兩極分化非常嚴重。部分學生甚至厭學。其實，在三年級的時候，大家處於同一條起跑線，經過兩年的學習，學生與學生之間已經有了很大的差距。一些同學學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踊躍發言，課後及時鞏固，形成了良性循環，越學越簡單，越簡單越願意學。可也有一些學生，平時學習習慣不好，上課不認真聽講，下課偷懶不完成作業，結果他們現在課上聽講出現困難，聽不懂，不會讀，不敢讀，最後直接不聽不讀不寫作業，自己放棄了自己。其實他們也想學好，也願意進步，也想得到老師的表揚，家長的鼓勵，同學的尊敬。所以需要我們老師家長一起努力，重塑孩子的信心。
再者就是 每個學生都有要提高的方面。規範書寫，音標拼讀，單詞記憶，詞彙，語法，閱讀，寫作等，需要從聽，說，讀，寫四個方面入手，激發興趣，打實基礎，適當拓展，樹立長遠的英語學習觀。重視閱讀，詞彙積累，寫作能力的培養。
還有就是有的同學專心度不夠，有時候就是佈置的抄寫內容都會出現錯誤。經常犯一些低級錯誤。
最後，學生對英語的運用能力和理解能力還需提高。英語不是速成的，關鍵看平時的積累。如今國小英語對學生的要求比較高，對陌生短文的理解閱讀，對句型之間的相互轉化，對各時態的正確辨識，對語法點的理解運用都是學生必須掌握的，也是學生最薄弱的環節。
針對同學們存在的問題，我提出幾點學習英語的要求：
1.做好複習---作業---預習三個環節
2.課堂上，勤于思考，積極發言
3.學會做筆記
4.按時完成單詞、詞組、重點句型、重點課文的背誦。需要家長配合監督完成
5.每天堅持讀英語，聽英語磁帶
6.講評練習題或試卷的時候，注意力要集中在，有錯誤的地方要及時更正
7. 按要求完成英語作業，有錯誤的地方要及時更正，每天作業都需要家長簽名。
8.準備改錯本，將錯題摘錄下來，養成積累錯題的習慣。
9.多讀簡單的英語短文，雜誌，故事，提高閱讀能力
10.找作文範文來讀，每單元作文要認真去寫，也可每天寫幾句日記，提高寫作。 同時，老師也需要家長的配合，從聽說讀寫四方面培養孩好的英語學習習慣
1.督促落實孩子預習、複習、作業完成。
2.監督檢查孩子背誦內容。
3.給孩子創造英語學習氛圍
聽：讓孩子多聽錄音
很多孩子都有點讀機，教學光盤，磁帶，但是很少有孩子利用這些資源。僅僅靠課堂上老師播放聽力內容遠遠是不夠的。所以就得靠家長給孩子創造條件多聽。 說：讓孩子大聲說英語
我們應該儘量爲孩子創造更多大聲說出英語的機會。鼓勵孩子去說，孩子需要表揚，也可以讓孩子反過來教你，他們會很自豪，因爲自己學的派上了用處。
讀：讓孩子多讀書
學英語要培養語感，也就是語言的感覺，語感好了，做題很輕鬆。而語感是靠讀出來的。閱讀的習慣是需要漸漸養成的。剛開始的時候，需要家長監督，督促，慢慢習慣成自然。
寫：監督孩子邊記邊寫和規範書寫
背單詞是所有英語學習者的必經之路，家長要監督孩子背單詞時邊寫邊記，增強記憶效果。家長還要督促孩子書寫規範整齊。與老師積極配合。
總之，請各位家長在家多多關注孩子的英語學習，讓孩子養成良好的英語學習習慣，家長的重視也會讓學生充滿信心。希望家長能和學習還有老師積極配合共同進步，提升我們孩子的英語水平，在以後的合作過程中，大家有什麼意見和建議可以及時和我或學校聯繫。

各位家長，晚上好!
你們的孩子長大了，他們已經是六年級的學生了。國小六年級，是學生在國小學習生活中最後一個階段，也是國小與國中的接軌點，學生素質的高低，成績的好壞，即將面臨到一個新的環境中受到一個新的挑戰、新的評價。我們應該認識到，六年級是國小至關重要的一個階段。所以今天學校在開學初召開了家長會。我們聚在一起，是爲了相互交流一下學生在校及在家的情況，以便老師能夠及時調整工作、提高教育教學質量，家長能夠更好教育自己的子女做人與成材。總之我們的目標是一致的，那就是：“一切爲了孩子，爲了孩子的一切!”
首先，我先說孩子們在班裏的總體情況。整個班級學生大約分成三類： 第一類同學，學習習慣相當好，學習積極主動，上課專心聽講，作業專注、書寫認真，所以作業完成的速度快，正確率高，回答問題思路清晰。第二類學生是自覺性相對差一點，作業能及時完成，上課偶爾注意力不集中，經常會出現這樣或那樣的小毛病。第三類學生是學習習慣差，作業不能主動完成，經常不寫作業，即使寫了，但是書寫潦潦草草，錯題一大堆。講評過的題，既不改正，也不做相應的筆記。
我想第一類家長是把時間和精力大部分都用在孩子身上，每天都過問孩子的學習情況，而且能親自檢查，對孩子的要求很嚴格，孩子在學習上的每次浮動都牽動家長的心，都能引起家長足夠的重視。
第二類家長也是佔大多數的家長，是每天也都過問孩子的作業情況。如“作業做完了嗎?單詞背了嗎?”這類家長也只是停留在問的層面上，偶爾能看看孩子的作業情況。得到孩子的回答也大多是“完成了。””孩子到底完成的質量怎麼樣，家長心裏沒數。
第三類家長是不懂英語的，而且上班忙，下班太晚，沒時間過問的孩子的學習情況。或者孩子放給爺爺奶奶外公外婆管。
我想跟家長們重點說說用實際行動，真心關心孩子的學習。如今的國小英語對學生的要求比較高，到了高年級教材的練習幾乎都等同於我們以前的國中水平，如果在平時能注意翻閱一下我們英語書的家長就會發現，書本上很多的單詞
以前都沒有見過。單詞如此，句型、語法等知識也是如此，所以，到了高年級光要求學生能夠朗讀、默寫等已不能滿足高年級英語學習的需要了。對陌生短文的理解閱讀、對句型之間的相互轉化、對各類時態的正確分辨，對語法點的理解運用等等，都是學生所必須掌握的，也是學生最薄弱的環節。所以，學生的理解能力、運用能力顯得尤爲重要。
有的家長也認爲，孩子能夠讀出課文並默寫出單詞句型，怎考試還不見效果?這完全是正常的現象。高年級的英語學習，以理解、運用爲重，書本只是媒介，是知識的載體，學生的英語思維也是從這階段開始處於萌芽狀態，所以，這階段的學生的學習將有可能關係到他將來的學習，沒有好的基礎，英語學習前景確實不容樂觀。
那作爲家長，應該如何正視自己孩子的英語學科學習呢?該如何幫助孩子養成良好的學習習慣呢?該如何提高孩子的學習成績呢?在英語學科方面，我提以下幾點建議：
1、給孩子學習的信心。
不管孩子接受其他知識的能力如何，在英語學科方面，千萬不能隨意的打擊。語言沒有誰天生對之反感，也沒有誰天生就是天才，都是在實踐中逐漸積累，乃至熟能生巧。家長要有一顆平常心，不要對孩子說一些“你是家中希望，一定要考上重點”或“考砸了，爸媽臉往哪兒擱”之類的話，或者動不動就一頓打，家長需要耐心與冷靜，這是幫助孩子坦然面對學習的關鍵。看到孩子的優勢，適當鼓勵和引導，讓孩子對英語的學習充滿着自信，這一點相當重要。
2、平時多瞭解孩子的作業和測驗情況。
我要求學生在每次單元測驗後讓家長簽字並寫上評語。一旦發現作業的質量不高，一定要讓他重新做好。家與學校兩手抓，學生良好的品質就容易養成。並且還能有效地杜絕抄襲。讀，讀了幾遍?
4、經常檢查孩子的書，一是可以看出孩子上課是否認真聽了記錄了，二是督促孩子及時複習老師上課講的重點。
5、看孩子的試卷，不是光看看分數就完了。
家長要把測驗試卷打開親自看一看，瞭解孩子爲什麼錯，是單詞沒記住;是上課沒注意聽，還有就是把老師講評的要點讓孩子認真複習。督促孩子上課聽老師講評練習題或試卷的時候，有錯誤的地方要及時更正，課後要多複習，這樣就可以有效避免再犯同樣的錯誤，試卷需要家長簽字。還有，孩子作業的字跡，對待作業的態度，聽課的效率，對英語學科的興趣等等，家長的重視和督促同樣是不可忽略。
7、適當給孩子一些壓力。
家長可適當給孩子佈置一點口頭或筆頭的作業，給孩子一些適當的負擔，幫助學生練習所學知識，這樣的堅持同樣也能取得一定的效果。畢竟是熟能生巧，尤其對國小生來說。
最後，再次感謝各位家長的理解、支持和幫助，我堅信在學校、家長、學生三方共同努力下，我們的學生，您們的子女一定能健康成長，並取得優秀成績，進入理想的中學。

敬的家長：
你們好!十分感謝各位在百忙中抽出時間來參加這次家長會。本次家長會主要是圍繞這半學期來孩子們的學習及其他各方面的情況而開的。
本學期開學至今，班級的學習氣氛很濃，各科教學都緊張而有序地進行。因爲進入五年級了，各科學習任務都很重，時間都很緊，孩子們都很辛苦，鑑於這種情況，我們也開展了一系列的活動，參加了學校的廣播操比賽，我們班榮獲了五六年級組第二名，因爲去年是四年級和三年級比，我們很輕鬆地拿了第一，而這次是和六年級比，有難度，但令人欣慰的是孩子們都很努力，爲了班級的榮譽，苦練動作，得了第二，實在不簡單。另外，還開展了“慶祝抗日戰爭勝利60週年”及“中國人了不起”的中隊活動。我還給孩子們每小組拍了一張合照，貼在他們小組合作自己親手做的像框裏，這樣不僅可以培養他們的合作能力，還可以增強他們的集體榮譽感。還搞了手抄小報的活動，四人一小組，設計並創作一張手抄小報，同學們興致都很高，美編，文字，排版，分工明確，合作意識很強。
接下來我就英語教學方面的情況跟大家談一談
爲了適應大環境，本學期的英語教材更換了，大家都知道換成了牛津國小英語，我們五年級用的是5a，這套教材應該是三年級開始從3a逐步學起的，由於種種原因，當時我們學的是新標準英語，那也就是說我們過去3a到4b的四冊內容都沒學過，而一下子要孩子接觸5a，而且拒有關專家講，從4b到5a的跨度非常大，是所有牛津國小英語中冊與冊之間跨度最大的，書中絕大多數都是長句子，語法知識也很多，而且以前的教材對於寫的要求也不高，考查的力度也不大，鑑於以上這些情況，因此本次期會考試的成績整體都不理想，值得高興的是我們班的浦睿同學考了全年級英語最高分97分。孩子們第一次接觸這樣的教材，這樣的題型，這次試卷又有些偏，因爲我們以前的教材只有我們學校用，所以試卷都是老師自己出，而且也沒有範圍，因此，看起來普遍成績都很好。其實這次考試不太理想也許是件好事，一方面可以對孩子有點觸動，另一方面也可以使我們瞭解到新教材與就教材之間的差異，而更好地爲以後的教學服務。這次的考試包括以後的月考，期中期末考都不再是老師自己出捲了，而且題型不是一成不變的，英語這門學科和語數不一樣的地方在於它的靈活多變性，它的題型可以千變萬化，但它的變化總是建立在一個不變的基礎上的，那就是這些基礎知識：單詞，短語，句型。一旦基礎的東西掌握了，不管它怎麼變，萬變不離其宗。
曾經有家長打電話問我他孩子的英語基礎很差怎麼辦，我的回答很簡單，“只要他跟着我的步子走，按照我的要求做，問題不大!”我的回答很簡單，可真的做起來不那麼容易哦!有些家長就深深地體會到英語這個學科只要孩子用心，學習效果是很明顯的，只要他背了記了，效果就出來了，可能由於有些家長還沒有意識到英語在考試中的地位而對這一學科有所忽略，現在，我想告訴各位，小升中的考試，好一些的中學，比如：××中學，××中學等都要求考英語，而且揚中是要把英語分數納入總分計算的，所以，目前的形勢決定了英語學科的重要性，請各位家長務必重視英語這一學科，你們思想上重視了，無形中也給孩子以薰陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在學校肯定是抓得很緊，中午休息時間，晚自習前後甚至早晨全都用來給孩子補課。關鍵是孩子週末放假在家的兩天有沒有充分利用起來，我們每週的回家作業上都會有一項複習的內容，請家長無比抽出一點點時間來監督他這一任務的完成情況，你們可以看家校聯繫冊，然後來報單詞，短語的中文讓孩子寫英文，對照書來檢查掌握情況，這樣週一的複習聽寫纔能有好的效果，單元測驗才能取得好成績。否則，他們兩天時間就白白浪費掉了，你們還可以讓他跟着磁帶讀課文，課文熟練了，很多題目就自然而然會做了，多讀還可以培養他的語感，還請家長多多配合。說了這麼多，我只有目的，也是各位家長所想的：我們配合好，把他們的成績逐步提高上去。謝謝各位的合作。
