僅是一個普通的農村婦女，僅是一句樸實的話，但我覺得這纔是一個企業的生存之道。“水能載舟亦能覆舟”這些道理，z總您比我們懂得多得多。可是您是怎麼對待您的員工呢？且不說合同如何規定，保險的事情,就說說我們公司的加班，是的，所有的公關公司都要加班，但我們公司的加班都在做什麼呢？不到週四沒有活，不到下班沒有會，這就是我們公司的原則。每天上級領導總是在中午之後纔來，幾乎我們所有的工作都要在下午纔開始，導致天天日夜顛倒。弄得每個人神情恍惚，怨聲載道！每天你都在忙着應付客戶，每天到下班的時候就要開會，而且一開就是三個小時，我不知道我們所有的員工都要住在這裏纔好嗎？我們都是成年人我們都有家，都有朋友，雖然是出來打工，但同樣有人疼。每天下班有人在家裏等着吃飯，每次加班都像兩個人在加班，我們希望能把事情提前，不要把什麼都拖到下班後都拖到晚上！

可惜，z總這些您永遠都不能明白！！

誰讓我們都要生活呢，我們忍了，也認了。可惜z總加班歸加班，你就在倒休的時候痛快一點吧！！！可是您是怎麼做的呢？每次我們請個假簡直比登天還難，什麼理由在您看來都是騙人，什麼理由在您看來都是偷懶，我們加了那麼的通宵難道換回來的就是這個嗎？加班的時候您想都沒想，爲什麼倒休的時候您這樣的卡我們？？？還記得我回家那次要請個假，我覺得我的倒休是最多的，可是您一面裝好人另一面又把鄭亮叫去要我難堪，還給他一個教訓：“下次更不能放人走。”可最終我不還是走了，您又何必這樣給人難堪呢？？何不做個順水人情呢？放個假還讓我一點都不感激您，這是您要的結果嗎？

還有一次，我早上剛到公司，我媽給我打電話說不舒服，我立刻向您請假想回去一趟，可您怎麼說的：“你媽病了，可惜公司的客戶不會生病呀！”z總，您捫心自問，如果是您的母親病了，別人這麼說您會怎麼想？？？後來您還跟我說：“你要是想倒休就倒休，不要找那麼多的理由，說什麼你媽病了，都不像個理由。”任何我們想休息的理由在您看來都是胡編亂造的，我們都應該24小時呆在公司對嗎？？反過來，我們的確有編了一些理由請假，可那也都是您逼的呀，就是有理由您都懷疑我們是編的，更何況是沒有理由請假，那更不可能了，那我們到底什麼時候能享有自己的權利呢？
