本人知識面豐富，自我調節能力極佳，身體健康，能長期保持良好的工作狀態。性格淡泊，生長於軍人家庭，有極強的自律能力，具備團隊合作意識。工作態度認真負責，履行崗位職責力求完美。先後任職於中建一局，中建-大成公司等單位，長期從事施工總包方現場管理工作，熟悉總包方，發包方及監理方的項目管理流程，對施工組織，施工工藝，溝通協調等方面深有心得。於XX年第一批考取了全國註冊一級建造師，努力成爲一名出色的項目經理(生產經理)，體現自己的人生價值。

XX年參加工作至XX年4月一直在北京建工一建工程建築有限公司項目部任技術工作。主要是參與招投標，編寫方案及交底，繪製現場施工圖，辦洽商，與監理、甲方打交道，作竣工圖等工作。XX年4月至今在一電子廠房建設中任現場土建工程師(甲方現場代表)。 本人已參加工作近二十年，長年在建築領域工作，從最初的維修、築漏到監管高級裝潢、高層建築、市政道路、橋樑等等可謂經歷廣泛，擔任過基建科科員、施工員、項目副經理、項目主管、項目總監等職務。從基層到管理層承受了繁重地工作壓力。

本人深知只有掌握過硬地專業技術，具備良好地溝通能力和團隊合作精神，纔能有效地開展工作。同時本人也利用業餘時間積極完善自己，完成了自考本科(項目管理)，也順利通過了二級建造師(房建、裝飾)地考試。本人渴望在新的環境中有更大地發展空間。 也已在北京建工集團建築公司工作近20xx年，長期擔任工程項目的技術總工和項目經理，其中曾經擔任過20多萬平方米工程的項目總工，和10多萬平方米工程的項目經理，具有豐富的施工實踐經驗。爲人工作熱情主動，具有很好的人際交往能力。

多年大型項目建築施工現場管理經驗，負責工程技術、進度、質量、成本、安全等方面管理。熟悉建築施工規範及驗收規範;熟悉項目運作全程，掌握各工程技術要求。能有效組織、領導、協調總包和各分包單位各項工作，嚴格履行合同要求，完成即定的質量、進度、成本目標。愛崗敬業、以身作則具有較強的團隊協調管理能力。持有建築專業中級職稱(證件號XX0523761)並取得全國一級建造師資格證(證件號0127717)。熟練使用autocad、office系列辦公軟件。
