您好！

星期五下午在服務中心錄製歌曲，我本人也遲到了，可是我覺得現在說理由，都只是託詞，我不想爲自己的錯誤找任何藉口，那隻能讓我更加慚愧。

所以，我只想爲週五下午的遲到行爲表示歉意和檢討。

對於準時上班和集體活動，我一直都特別重視，要求服務部全體人員杜決遲到，這一次在錄製歌曲的時候偏偏我和員工都遲到了，一方面，反映了我做爲一名員工對於公司規章制度的不夠重視，對工作不夠負責，給同事和部門帶來了不好的影響；另一方面，做爲服務部經理，在管理上沒有徹底要求員工無條件遵守中心安排的時間，導致大家都在等候，也耽誤了大家的寶貴時間，歸根到底還是思想上的問題。

錯誤的性質是嚴重的。因爲小余說錄製歌曲時需着工裝，而我一心想着去見客戶落實項目進展情況，把小余說的話全給忘了，中午又急忙回家換工裝，導致到中心時已經過了二點；當小郝說人在等月山的領導們開會，散會後再見面有可能耽誤回中心錄歌時，我只一心爲了服務部的業績考慮就擅自做主允許了他這種行爲，由於小郝回到鄭州時已經整整晚了一個多小時，導致大家都在等着他，這嚴重影響了其他的同事，其結果損害了多方利益，在中心造成極壞的影響。守時守信是中華民族的傳統美德，一位偉人說過：當你要別人尊重你的時間之前，你先得尊重別人的時間，而當你不守時，不僅是你自己的問題，也將連帶地造成別人的不守時。而我服務部的這種行爲，即使是並沒有影響到公司制度，仍然是不對的，此舉本身就是違背了做人做事的原則。我只顧着自己部門的業績和一時的想法，完全不理會其他人的感受，這也是不對的。人是社會的人，大家不應該只是想着自己。魯迅先生說過：不友善的幫助就是惡意的傷害。我這樣做，看似是爲他好，實際上是在害他，讓小郝也有可能養成以後不守時的陋習。而且，小余也已經發短信提醒時間了，我們又再次遲到，也是對小余的不尊重。所以，現在我深刻的認識到這一點。

一個優秀的服務部當然要努力爭取好的成績，但不能不顧一切、不擇手段地去達到目的，這是一個關係到如何成人，如何成才的一個重大原則問題。一個人和一個服務部的成長和進步，不僅僅是業績上的提高，更重要的是思想、作風方面上的培養和錘鍊。我忽視了這樣一個重要的問題，爲此而犯了方向性的錯誤。上次張總來中心培訓時就講到：做正確的事情和正確的做事情的區別，當時我不理解，現在通過這件事情，我明白了其中的道理。我所犯錯誤的影響是很壞的。在中心集體活動時遲到，就直接造成不尊重主任、不尊重小余、不尊重中心大家約定的時間的惡劣影響。我服務部所犯的錯誤，無疑產生了很大的負面影響，帶了一個壞頭；也給其他同事帶來了不應有的負面影響。總之，我爲自己所犯的錯誤而帶來的這一切而深感痛心和後悔。作爲服務部經理，劉主任對大家都委以重任並寄予厚望，我自己也一直感到責任重大不敢苟且，認真學習，全力投入，但事實證明，僅僅是熱情投入、刻苦努力、提高業績是不夠的，還要有清醒的政治頭腦、大局意識和紀律觀念，否則就會在工作中迷失方向，我知道，造成如此惡劣的影響，我必須要承擔起自己的部門領導責任，對於這一切我還將進一步深入總結，深刻反省。

再次，我這種行爲還在同事間造成了及其壞的影響，破壞了鄭州一部的形象。同事之間本應該互相學習，互相促進，紀律良好，而我這種表現，給同事們帶了一個壞頭，不利於中心的風氣建設，同時，也對中心形象造成了一定損害，

這次的事件我真的感到抱歉，希望劉主任能認可我認錯的態度，我真的已經深刻的反省到我的錯誤了。也希望同事們要引以爲戒，不要犯和我一樣愚蠢的錯誤了，這次的教訓真的很大很大。

如今，大錯既成，我在懊悔的同時反思自己，覺得深藏在我思想中的致命錯誤主要是思想覺悟不高，對重要事項重視嚴重不足，就算是有認識，也沒能在行動上真正實行起來。我會以這次事件作爲一面鏡子時時檢點、批評和教育自己，自覺接受監督。我也要通過這次事件，提高思想認識，強化責任措施。嚴格要求自己。我決心，從思想上重視公司的規章制度，提高自己的思想覺悟，每天努力工作，做到愛崗敬業。對於這一切我還將進一步深入總結，深刻反省，懇請主任和同事們相信我能夠汲取教訓、改正錯誤，把今後的事情加倍努力幹好。不再遲到。
