注：

1、在職證明，需用單位的擡頭紙打印，加領導簽名（中英文皆可）和單位公章。

2、英文在職證明，男士用 he/his/himself，女士用 she/her/herself.

3、英文日期，可以採用美式英語的月日年，也可以用英式英語的日月年，但是爲了避免混淆，月份用英文單詞而非阿拉伯數字。

4、一般用英文版即可。
