我在十六歲的時候成爲了20xx年世界競技疊杯十五十六女子組三三三的冠軍，我在十一歲的時候誤打誤撞接觸到這項運動，但是很多人我的家人、朋友、老師都曾經質疑過我，他們會質疑我說玩十二個杯子到底有什麼意義，以後會有什麼前途嗎，但我覺得其實就像很多人他們會拿一根棍子打一顆球，然後把一顆球投到一個有洞的籃子裏，我覺得我們都只不過是在追求我們所熱愛的事物從中獲得快樂和成就感罷了。
在我十歲的時候我爸爸來到上海工作，那會我都好希望他可以來參加我的家長會，但是一年一年的過去，我一開始從期待到後來變成失望，這些年都是我媽媽獨自辛苦地養育我，然後疊杯也一直陪伴着我。在我十一歲的時候中國臺灣競技疊杯協會說我極有可能是中國臺灣最快的疊杯選手，只要贏得在中國臺灣舉辦的中國臺灣冠軍賽，我就能到美國去比世界大賽，那是我第一次比賽我好緊張，我的手就像現在一樣抖，最後我連任何名次都沒有拿到，我好失望、好失望，我回家之後就抱着枕頭大哭說我不要疊了，但我那個時候我也真的放棄了疊杯。半年後我無意間在網絡上面看到當年那個打敗我的選手真的到美國去比賽了而且還拿下了世界第七，我好羨慕、好羨慕，所以那一年我十一歲，我就下定決心我要成爲世界疊杯冠軍，重拾疊杯後我每天不斷、不斷練習，第一年我的疊杯速度進步了兩秒，到第二年我只進步了一秒，隨着我越來越快，我也越難突破我自己的記錄，但是即便我要花好幾年的時間纔可能比自己的記錄快零點零零幾秒，我都不再放棄，因爲我深深地相信機會是給準備好的人。到我十六歲的那年，我終於到美國參加了世界大賽，我抱着平常心站上了決賽的舞臺，深呼吸，疊出了那一點九一五秒，讓我成爲20xx年世界競技疊杯十五十六歲女子組三三三的冠軍。
這一點九一五秒改變了我的人生，也讓體會到家人的重要性，因爲不管我怎麼樣他們永遠都會愛我，包括我的爸爸，他一直都有在微博上面默默地關注我的新聞，驕傲地跟別人說這是我的女兒，當我看到的時候我真的好興奮、好感動，我感覺我們的距離也更近了，有一次他剛好回到中國臺灣距離上次見面我們已經有大概五年了吧，我在心理面模擬着我們見面的情景是我會衝過去抱他，還是他會主動抱抱我，但是當我們見面的時候我們都異常地冷靜，我把我在學校用《天天想你》這首歌改寫的作文送給了他，天天想你爸爸不論你在哪裏我永遠都會愛你，他只說了對不起，但是現在他會驕傲地跟他的朋友講說我有一個世界冠軍的女兒，今天我站在離我爸爸最近的舞臺，我想要再一次讓他看到我，再一次讓他感到驕傲。

我做過很多年的職業舞蹈演員，因爲喜愛我選擇了舞蹈上了北京舞蹈學院附中，到中國東方歌舞團國家級的院團，一切看起來都是很完美的，可是剛工作那兩年其實內心經常小小的不開心，面對那些美麗的充滿着模仿性的舞蹈，我常常自問自己這是我要的舞蹈嗎，它無關我的情緒，無關我的個人表達，它更多的像是一個完成。這個困惑在我心中停留了很長的時間。1994年一位非常着名的我崇拜的現代舞的舞蹈家來到我們團，給我們上了一個月的現代舞課，有一天他即興給我們表演了一段，他做了一個動作只是跪在地面上做了一個搖頭的動作，就是這樣搖頭，那一刻我看到了我的熱愛，看到了我熱愛的舞蹈，那樣的舞蹈是自由的是我向往的。
後來我放棄了東方歌舞團的工作上了中央戲劇學院，做好了從零開始的準備，從零開始可能更加意味着你不僅僅需要面對經濟的壓力，你的孤獨，更重要的是你要面臨心理上巨大的落差，當然這是我的選擇。可是過程依然是煎熬的，我甚至發現我熱愛的戲劇事業其實它並不那麼喜歡我，因爲舞蹈跟戲劇真的是完全不一樣的學科。有一天的作業叫做“人生四個階段”，要用一件道具貫穿一個人的少年、青年、中年、老年。選什麼道具呢，就在這時一個道具浮現在我的腦海裏：口紅。
小姑娘階段，這個小姑娘是偷偷跑進媽媽的房間的，直奔媽媽的梳妝檯，拿出了那個心儀已久的口紅，畫圓圈的方式抹在自己的嘴上，然後咧着嘴笑了，然後聽到媽媽要進來的聲音趕快迅速拿着餐巾紙把自己的嘴趕快擦乾淨，然後走了。到了青年，熱戀中的少女很開心地回到自己的房間走到梳妝檯面前，拿出那個已經挑選好的美麗的口紅，慢慢地一點點地描在自己的嘴上，很精細、很仔細，看着鏡子裏自己傻傻的樣子，然後一下子就笑了，手捂住了嘴迅速手要拿開，因爲不要讓自己的手把自己精心畫的口紅給弄髒了。到了中年，匆忙地進入到自己的房間裏頭，雖然是走到了一個梳妝檯面前看着鏡子當中的自己並不是結實的，是虛的，拿着口紅也是看了一眼迅速就不用看了，熟練地給自己刮一個口紅。到了老年，我假設自己是個奶奶來收拾孫女的房間，看着一桌子的化妝品護膚品亂七八糟地擺在桌面上，我得幫她收，正好拿起一支口紅怎麼是這個顏色太鮮豔了關上放好，又拿起一支口紅這個顏色還可以，無意地看到了鏡中的自己，我可以試一下，拿着這支口紅輕輕地、輕輕地點在自己的已經衰老的嘴脣上，看着鏡中的自己略略地笑了一下，有自嘲也許有苦笑可是笑意漸漸退去之後是一種無可奈何的接受，然後默默地低頭離開了孫女的房間。
這就是我當時用無聲的方式用形體的方式做的一個作業，其實想想那個時候的表演一定不夠精緻的，可是這個作業的結構和細膩的過程得到了老師的肯定，狠狠地表揚了我三天讓我有點小小的得意。想想一支口紅真的是有可能貫穿一個女人一輩子的物品，我想可能就是在那一刻我突然明白了，物品道具不僅僅是用來展現它的功能的，它是用來找尋我們與它之間的一種聯繫的。我知道今天有四位選手將要站在這個舞臺上，他們可能是不同的性格不同的人生經歷，但是我相信他們是帶着生命，對於生命對於生活的熱愛才站在這裏進行屬於他們自己的表達，那麼祝福他們希望他們能夠站在這個舞臺上找到屬於自由的自己。

大家好!我今天演講的主題是“感恩，是我們人類最美好的品質”。 俗話說得好，男兒膝下有黃金。可是每一年，我都要在同一地點下跪。爲何呢?每一年的清明，一個墳墓前，我們全家人都行三跪九叩之禮。因爲墳墓裏面住着我的爺爺。
鮮花感恩雨露，因爲雨露滋潤它成長;蒼鷹感恩長空，因爲長空讓它飛翔;高山感恩大地，因爲大地讓它高聳。我們感恩父母，因爲父母把我們帶到這個世界，含辛茹苦地把我們養大成人，給了我們一個溫馨的家。
先給大家說一個我自己的故事吧。一次，我爸爸開摩托車載着我出門。途中突然下起了大雨，幸好的是我們有一件單人的雨衣。我只有壓低頭，伏在我爸爸的背上。我無意中看到雨水從我爸爸的發白的頭髮上滴落。我的心頓時很溫暖，甚至溫暖到有點想哭。父母給我們的恩情，我們難以報答。在父母進門後，我們送上一雙拖鞋;在父母下班之後，我們給他們捶捶背;在和父母講完電話之前，我們提醒他們要注意身體。感恩不需要多麼華麗，多一句問候，多一點關心，就可以讓我們的父母的心溫暖好幾天。
再來看看我們的社會。比如某某地方發生自然災害了，就會有很多慈善活動，爲災區籌款，爲災區的人們送上一份溫暖。其實慈善，也是感恩的另一種方式。比爾和梅琳達·蓋茨基金會是由比爾·蓋茨與梅琳達·蓋茨夫婦資助的、全球最大的慈善基金會。該基金會主要在以下幾方面提供援助：全球人的健康，教育，圖書館，美國西北部的建設等等。而且比爾蓋茨在退出微軟的時候把580億美元個人財產盡數捐到比爾與美琳達·蓋茨基金會。當然，我們的慈善活動沒那麼驚天動地。我們可以向需要幫助的人捐助錢財，衣物，默默爲他們祈禱祝福。可是，對於那些披着慈善的外表，對籌款中飽私囊的組織，我們堅決抵制。我們可以得出這麼一個結論：任何不以感恩爲目的的慈善活動都是耍流氓!
假如今個學期你不小心曠了幾次課，被老師記錄下來了。結果最後考覈沒過，要重考。再一個不小心，重考也沒過，要清考。是老師記錄你曠課才導致你這門課程沒有通過。你是不是不需要感恩於他呢?其實不然，我們更應該感恩那些曾經傷害過我們的人，因爲他磨練了我們的意志;感恩那些曾經欺騙我們的人，因爲他增進了我們的見識;感恩那些曾經斥責我們的人，因爲他強化了我的能力。所以，你應該對這位老師心存感激之意，因爲他在警醒你：不要再曠課了!

但是祖國的千年文化，還是怎麼也說不完。比如那羅貫中的三國演義。裏面的人物被寫的栩栩如生。還有曹雪芹的紅樓夢;吳承恩的西遊記都把人物描寫的出神入化。

We should make good use of time to study hard or to do something meaningful for yourself. So, we should plan the time to study and relax,especially at use we have more free time at home,so that we can use that time to do a lot of things.
However,how can we plan the time? There are different ways for different example, somebody like to study in the morning, and relax in the the contrary, somebody like to relax in the morning, and study in the body even think the best time to study is in the erent ways for different all the ways have one thing in common.
That is the need for practical action. If you want to change a difficult situation, if you want to change yourself, if you want to make good use of time to study, you must put into not, your plan will be not meaningful.

when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.
i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

水是生命之源，我們的生活離不開水，我們渴了需要喝水，我們洗衣煮飯都需要水，還有我們身邊的植物也需要水……有的人說，水，我們家多的是，我每天洗澡的時候都得美美的洗上差不多一個小時，有什麼好稀罕的。就是因爲我們的無知不懂得珍惜水資源導致現在地球上的飲用水越來越稀缺了。
雖說地球的面積有四分之三都是水，但淡水僅僅佔總水量的百分之三，其中三分之二還是冰，可見現在世界上的水資源有多麼貧乏!“假如地球上只剩下最後一滴水，那麼就是我們的眼淚。”每聽到這一句話，我的心就忍不住地緊張起來，真害怕有這麼一天。雲南20__年遭遇60年一遇的全省性特大旱災，乾旱範圍之廣、歷時之長、損失之大。嚴重乾旱造成全省742萬人、459萬頭大牲畜飲水困難。乾旱讓莊稼基本顆粒無收，部分家畜無飲水被渴死，孩子們爭相喝着髒水解渴，歷史就在眼前。
你知道嗎?假如一個水龍頭每秒鐘只漏一滴水，一年就能積成驚人的三百六十噸;
假如不下雨，地球上的淡水只能夠我們用四年左右的時間;
人可以一個星期不吃飯，但不能一個星期不喝水。
所以，水對我們真的非常重要，我們要珍惜水資源，節約水資源。
節約用水，從你我做起。從我們身邊做起，下面有幾個節約用水的小竅門。比如我們早上洗臉時把水用個小臉盆裝起來，洗過臉的水可以拿來洗手沖廁所或洗拖把。開水時把水籠頭擰小一點，用完後立刻關掉。淘米的水可以洗菜，洗完後還可以沖廁所。洗完衣服後的水也可以放在桶裏洗拖把沖廁所。洗完衣服後，可以把溼衣服晾在陽臺上，在下面放一個盆，接來的水可以澆花。我們洗澡時可以把時間縮短些。
如果世界上沒有了水，地球就會乾裂;如果沒有了水，我們人類就可能渴死;如果沒有了水，就沒有了我們這個美麗的世界。請每個人節約用水，請珍惜水資源，請珍惜大地母親的每一滴眼淚。
