大家早上好!
上帝是公平的也是吝嗇的，他只賜予每個人一次生命，所以我們必須珍惜。生活中交通安全與我們的關係是非常密切的，它就像我們的朋友。日日夜夜都守在我們的身邊，教育我們，勸戒我們。生命是寶貴的，人的一生就只有一次生命，我們應該愛惜生命。注意交通安全也是愛惜生命的一部分。現在因爲交通事故而死於非命的人太多了，難道他們不是死的太冤枉了嗎?俗話說：“退一步海闊天空。”它是文明的起碼要求，在交通方面則表現爲“一慢二看三通過”。
同樣是通過十字路口，有的人忘記了安全，不管信號，不聽協管員的哨聲，“翻過障礙”，“闖過難關”，很有點“飛人”劉翔的架勢;而有的人卻在安心地等信號，雖然着急，也能把“文明安全”牢記心頭。這兩種表現存在着巨大反差，一種是文明美麗的使者，另一種則是不雅醜陋的代表。很多看似很不起眼的行爲，它的背後都隱含着血的代價，那些觸目驚心、令人髮指的事故警示牌就足以說明問題。我們經常能在道路兩旁看到“寧停一分鐘，不搶一秒鐘”的警示標語，這“一秒鐘”看似短暫，也許那就是一條生命。現在城市交通繁忙了，像這種悲慘的交通事故在國內多如繁星，因爲我國交通事故死傷率居世界第一。
所以，無論交警在不在場，我們都要自覺的遵守交通法規。例如：過馬路要看清信號燈，紅燈停、綠燈行，要走人行橫道，不得翻越交通護欄;未滿12歲的兒童不得在馬路上騎自行車;不能在馬路上三五成羣地玩耍和嬉戲……我們小學生不僅自己要遵守交通法規，而且發現有人違反了，應及時地批評、勸阻。讓我們把“交通安全”這四個字在心裏永遠紮下根，讓全世界人民都自覺遵守交通規則，讓交通事故永遠在我們生活中消失，讓我們的明天充滿鮮花，充滿陽光。那麼,交通安全便是你最好最好的朋友，它將永遠保護着你，帶給你幸福。讓我們爭做文明守法的好少年吧。

周而復始，日月輪迴。嶄新的一週又開始了。我演講的主題是：防震減災，安全在我身邊。
我國是世界上自然災害最爲嚴重的國家之一，災害種類多、分佈地域廣、發生頻率高、造成損失重。在全球氣候變化和我國經濟社會快速發展的背景下，近年來，我國自然災害損失不斷增加，重大自然災害乃至巨災時有發生，我國面臨的自然災害形勢嚴峻複雜，災害風險進一步加劇
防災減災，安全在我身邊。作爲高中生，我們平時應該注意哪些要點?
第一、我們要樹立足夠的危難意識，珍愛生命。災難往往發生在不經意的平時，又常常是突然給人以致命的打擊，所以，需要我們有居安思危的危難意識。但是，難意識並不意味着盲目聽信謠言。帶有迷信色彩或伴有離奇傳說的地震預測，由某某專家或機構發出的而不是由人民政府發出的預報，都可以視爲謠言。我們在樹立危難意識的同時，也要注意識別謠言，以避免造成不必要的損失。
第二、我們要學習應急避險知識，提高應對突發時間的能力，掌握必要的自我保護能力，最大限度的保護自己，爲生命設防。如：正在上課時，如果發生地震，同學們一定要在老師的指揮下迅速抱頭、閉眼，躲在自己的課桌下。第一次震感過後，還是要在老師的指揮下迅速、有序、抱頭撤離教室，在樓道里不驚慌、不喊叫、不擁擠，衝出教學樓，衝向操場。特別應注意的是千萬不能跳樓。汶川大地震，安縣桑落中學2200名學生毫髮無損，正是因爲平時掌握相關知識技能，防患於未然，創造了零傷亡的奇蹟。
第三、努力學習科學知識，爲科學事業發展貢獻出一份力量，預測地震。古今中外，人類對地球的探索就從來沒有停止過。從張衡到李四光，我們有着非常令人驕傲的科學進展。但是，由於地質構造非常複雜，加上地震類型的複雜多樣，到目前爲止，還不能做到每一次準確的提前預測地震，從而把災難損失降到最低。因此，在我們國家，在這個世界，就更加需要我們青少年努力學習科學文化知識，將來能夠爲人類事業作出貢獻。
我們這個世界，有的人因爲自然災害而喪生，也有不少人的喪失是由於無知。死於災難是不幸的，而死於無知是可悲的。所以，我們應該珍愛生命、樹立危難意識，多學習一些科學知識和自救自護安全逃生知識。做到防震減災，安全在我身邊。我相信，隨着科學日新月異的進展，人類終將變得越來越成熟，終能克服自然災害所釀造的悲劇。

我是一名二線的員工，雖然“安全月”已經到來，關於安全的活動鋪天蓋地，但是我一直覺得安全與我的關係不大。我不用登高，安全繩不會突然脫落;我不做外網，土方不會滑落，傷及我和他人;我不做地埋管線，不會被高空落物砸中;我也不是主幹人員，帶氣置換更是離我遠之又遠。但是這一切的觀點被一個突然而來的事情全部打翻——我父親摔倒了，大腿骨粉碎性骨折。
我的父親騎着一輛破舊的電動車出去辦事，哪知後車輪的蓋子突然脫落了下來，插進了車輪裏，我父親從車上摔了下來，大腿骨粉碎性骨折。一直讓我很放心的父親突然出事了，花上2萬餘元的醫藥費不說，還將要在炎熱的夏天在牀上躺上3個月。
我頓時悔悟了，原來“安全”就在我們身邊，需要我們時時刻刻的去警惕、去小心、去提防。如果我早點能認識到安全就在我的身邊，如果我早點懂得安全隱患的識別，如果我早點明白這次事故的必然性，也許這個事故就不會發生，我的父親就不用受這個罪了。
看到“風向觀察”中一位經理說過：做好“安全第一”，要解決好生產經營和生產安全發送衝突的問題。企業迫於營業指標的壓力，一些經理有事會忽視“質量”、“安全”等方面的要求，經營指標完成了，但是爲後期運營管理埋下了隱患。這種犧牲“安全”保“指標”的做法，只能說未發生安全事故是偶然的，發生安全事故是必然的。安全和生產的關係是“生產必須安全，安全保障生產”，生產有了安全保障，企業才能持續、穩定的發展，當生產與安全發送矛盾，危機職工或國家財產時，生產活動停下來整治。
這用到這次事故也是一樣的道理，我父親爲了節省點錢，仍舊使用已經超出使用年限的電動車。父親說“這個是偶然的，不知道電動車的後蓋怎麼會掉了下來”，但是我卻認爲這個是必然的，電動車已經超出使用年限，出現老化問題，任何零件都很可能出現這樣那樣的問題。短期看，他這個電動車的錢是省下了，但爲以後的使用埋下了隱患，事故一旦發生，花費的將不止是一臺電動車的錢，事實證明，這次小小的事故花費了將近10臺電動車的錢。這就像跟我們的設備機具，到了使用年限的設備必須更換，如果不更換，實則隱患了更大的安全事故。我們的項目部專門配有設備管理員，會定期檢查、維護和保養設備機具，我一直認爲專門配個設備管理員是多於的，如果我能早點認識到配備設備管理員的重要性，定期把電動車推到售後服務去檢查檢查，那也許就能避免呢。在每次施工前，都要求安全交底，其中有一項就是檢查機具設備和各種工具，是啊，如果我父親也能在使用前對電動車簡單的檢查下，那結果又將是不同的吧。
“安全發展，預防爲主”，看似多麼簡單的4個字，但是裏面包含的內容卻是深之又深啊。事故管理要體現“預防爲主”，就是說安全生產的管理，主要不是在發生事故後如何去組織搶救，如何進行事故調查、處理和分析;而是按照系統化、科學化的管理思想，按照事故發生的規律和特點，千方百計預防事故的發送，做到防患於未然，將事故消滅在萌芽狀態。雖然我們在生產活動中還不可能完全杜絕安全生產事故的發送，但只要思想重視，預防措施得當，事故是可以大大減少，甚至是可以避免的。
公司的每一位同事都是愛“家”的吧?你不希望你單位、家庭中的任何一位成員收到傷害，同樣你的同事、親人也不希望你收到任何的傷害，那我們與單位、家庭一起就攜起手來，做好每一項安全預防工作，共同建築一道堅固不催的城牆，把安全隱患統統的抵制在城牆之外，讓我們的每一位同事、每一家人放心。

煙霞已落，斜陽映襯着白衣，那一抹紅與白的交織，美豔近似虛幻，虛幻卻無法擺脫無奈。

蘭陵王，高長恭。北齊世宗文襄帝的第四子，東魏大權臣北齊奠基人大丞相高歡之孫。
一代天驕。

時光的腳步從未停下，歷史的足跡一直延伸着，這世上太多人湮滅在無痕的歲月中了，長恭不過也是其中之一罷了。如今的高長恭只是歲月曆史中的一粒沙，他馳騁沙場的勇猛無敵，爲國爲民的赤誠忠心，生於太過的瘋狂帝王之家而使得無雙風華折殺於亂世，這些早已隨歲月的流逝成爲古老，但我卻一直執着追尋一個屬於蘭陵王的傳奇，即便如今諸多世人已然忘卻，但我仍記得，仍敬佩他讚歎他，爲他嘆息爲他悲切，因爲偏愛，因爲心惦。

however, fraternal love is not stable. being away for too a long time, losing all common benefits, friends will become estranged. once their interest has changed, they no longer understand each other, and even this would harm friendship. at all times and in all countries, many close friends and battle companions who once worked together and fought together became enemies in the end. quiet a few of the emperors in ancient china even killed those who had helped them found their dynasties. the taiping heavenly kingdom would not have failed if it hadn't been for the contending and massacring among the those who first rose in rebellion at the beginning of the uprising. what else we need to pay attention to is that some friends, after being away from each other for too long a time, have lost so much of their original characters that when meeting again, you will feel that you are still the same as you were, while they are no longer themselves. they may have the same feeling about you, so sometimes it's better not to meet each other again. as the chinese proverb goes “friendship can not last for three years and flowers can not stay in blossom for three months”'s not so easy to maintain real friendship which needs mutual understanding, tolerance and sacrifice. any kinds of harsh treatment will damage friendship.

Recently I learned from the radio an unpleasant incident about a well known singer. She is very charming with a sweet beautiful voice and very famous for singing the song.“Devotion of Love”。 Not long ago,she was invited to Zhejiang Province to give performance. The moment she was to appear on the stage,she suddenly asked for more reward. Worse still,after her request was satisfied, she didn't begin to sing at once. Instead,she took her time to count all the money piece by piece. Thus she kept the audience waiting for half an hour. So when she at last showed up and started to sing “Devotion of Love”，a man rose up from his seat and shouted at her,“You don't have any devotion of love. You are not qualified to sing this song ! ”Hearing this, the singer stopped singing and began to shout abuses with her finger pointed at the man. At this time the whole audience burst into an uproar.
How disappointed her keen listeners were when they learned this! It is the singer herself who spoiled her beautiful image in the eyes of others.
Now, I'm coming to another true story. It's about a poor, ordinary looking old woman. She was a widow without any children, living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps. However,she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up. Every day she labored from morning till night. In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. She got so weak for the loss of blood that she sometimes fell in a faint on her way home.
When asked why she chose to burden herself with so many children,she smiled and simply answered,“Oh,I love children and I like to have their company. ”
Though the old woman was poor materially, she was full of affection and rich in spirit. She was loved dearly by her children. She was also highly appreciated by the local government, and truly respected by people in her community.
Maybe you can't help wondering, “What makes that ordinary woman so extraordinary?” It is nothing else but her inner beauty, her true devotion of love without any thought of rewarding. What a sharp contrast there is between the great woman and the selfish singer.
So,to answer the question “What is real beauty?”,I declare definitely,it is the beauty lying in one's heart of hearts and embodied in his actions and deeds,that is,the inner heauty!

古來聖賢，不乏落寞失意之人，只因他們在那“天下熙熙皆爲利來，天下攘攘皆爲利往”的污濁社會中能夠堅守自己的心靈，堅守自己的追求，不爲他物所主導。於是成就了陶淵明“採菊東籬下，悠然見南山”的那份充實與幸福;成就了歐陽修於深山與民同樂的高潔情懷，成就了范仲淹“先天下之憂而憂，後天下之樂而樂”的博大胸襟……往事如煙話滄桑，相信在抵過千百般困難後，他們叩問心靈，會振臂齊呼：“我願意!”
海子曾說過：“要有最樸素的生活和遙遠的夢想，即使明天天寒地凍，路遙馬亡。”如今，在這物慾橫流的社會中，有多少人汲汲於富貴而出賣了他們的心靈?有多少人追逐於名利而典當了當初的追求?
當“幹露露”們唯財是舉，當“郭美美”們譁衆炫富，仍有一些人在自己的人生道路上拼搏着自己的夢想與追求，提升了自己也造福了社會。“殲—15”號總設計師羅陽在飛機制造完成之瞬間，累倒在了甲板上最終不幸去世，他沒有太多的錢財，他也不渴求過多的名利，只想把一生的精力奉獻在追求上，他做到了，他是幸福的，相信他在倒下的那一刻，內心仍然堅持自己的理想，一聲“我願意”從他內心發出，感動了無數國人。“才道霓虹君已去，英雄長存海天間!”
“身有疾病，必能治癒;心有憂傷，誰能承當?”這是《聖經》中的一句箴言。多少次，我們叩問心靈，才知道追求的真正涵義，無關乎結果，只在於那一次次拼搏不屈的過程，幸福亦如此，不是靠金錢與名利而堆砌，而是追求後那一份心靈的充實，滿足與寧靜。感動中國人物劉偉，身患殘疾用生命奏出華美的絕響;從小就不幸得小兒麻痹症的鄉村女醫生，多年來從未向命運屈服，伏在丈夫背上，夫妻倆行走於大山間，爲村民們治病開方。不解的人們想必會問：“值得嗎?”而答案已在他們的心中，三個堅定的字——我願意!
司湯達說：“我從地獄來，要到天堂去，正路過人間。”人間風雲變幻，世事無常。然而，風物長宜放眼量，只要無愧於內心，一生，安矣!

大家好!我今天爲大家演講的主題是《祖國在我心中》。
歲月如梭，時光飛逝，從毛主席在天安門廣場向全世界莊嚴的宣佈“中國人民站起來了!”的時候，五星紅旗已經在每個中華兒女的靈魂中高高飄揚了六十度春秋。
每個星期一，在雄壯的國歌聲中，在我們莊嚴的注目禮中，五星紅旗冉冉升起，每當這時，我心中就會油然生起一種強烈的自豪感。
祖國人才濟濟。古有文武雙全的霍去病、文天祥等，他們都是我們的民族英雄，爲國捐軀，死而後己。“犯我中華者，雖遠必誅”豪氣沖天，“人生自古誰無死，留取丹心照汗青”名揚千古;近有不怕困難的詹天佑，在修築京張鐵路時，面對艱難險阻，靠自己的聰明才智，使鐵路提前竣工，讓外國人再也不敢小瞧中國人;改革開放後，在鄧小平爺爺的領導下，我國人民奮發圖強，涌現了一大批優秀的人才，在各方面取得了不菲的成績，在這61年裏，中國人潛入深海、飛上藍天、香港迴歸、奧運會的成功、神五、神六飛船載着中國人的夢想遨遊太空。在科技、農業、文化、體育等各方面都突飛猛進，令世界矚目。
祖國文化燦爛。剛勁端莊的方塊字裏，隱約都透出一抹“水滸”、“三國”的英雄豪氣，又似乎有箏曲的清麗。它們構出了中國獨有的如歌唐詩，使人在“春風又綠江南岸，明月何時照我還”中領略詩句的韻律、詩人的思鄉情懷;又令人在“大江東去，浪淘盡，千古風流人物”中感受詞牌的格律。漢字，記載了中華五千年的歷史，凝結成令人蕩氣迴腸的史詩篇章。
“少年強則國強，少年富則國富。”同學們，我們將焊接歷史和未來，從五星紅旗飄起的那天起，新中國就開始了一代一代的傳承，我們將接過歷史的接力棒，站在新的起跑線上響亮的回答：“祖國在我心中，我們要譜寫中華更璀璨的詩篇!”讓我們用最誠摯的感情將祖國珍藏在你我心中最神聖的一片熱土吧!

the first time i saw bao was in , the year when thomas and uber cup was held. at that time he was playing against li zongwei, who is also a good player from malaysia. bao beat him. to tell the truth, at first the reason why i liked him was just because i thought he was pretty.*(maybe it is not a suitable word, but i think no better word can describe him, he is really pretty!) from that time, i have focused on him. then gradually, i found that he not only has good appearance, but also has a talent for badminton.
he is very tall, about 1.90 meters. he is the tallest one among all the players in the chinese badminton team. in , he is chosen as the flag holder stands for china in the opening ceremony in the 15th asian games held in doha. it was the first time that the badminton players were chosen to take over the special task, before which time, it belonged to the basketball players. it was a great honor. and it also proved that bao was an excellent athlete. we are all proud of him.
he began to play badminton when he was at primary school. in , he won his first good medal, which was significant to him, in guangzhou. because of that, he entered the chinese badminton team. as he is as old as lin dan, who is the top one in the world, he is always put into a situation wh(。)ich is not good to him. he seldom beats lin dan, so he gained a name which is called’千年老二’. in fact, his techniques are comprehensive, but he is lack of passion, the desire to win is not so strong. so he always has misplays. due to this, he seldom wins the gold medal. i think this is related to his character. he is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. so this affects him while he is playing badminton. in a period of time, critical voice has come towards him. he is under great pressure. he was not in the best state. but recently he cheers up again. several days ago, the chinese badminton championship was held in guangzhou. i went to see him on saturday. i was very excited, and i shouted loudly, hoping he could hear me. there is no doubt that he won the game. before he went away, he waved hand to us, how excited i was at that time! the next day, he beat li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal. all of us are very happy. after 7 years, which could be a long time for an athlete, he proved himself again in guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.
i think this will be the energy of his advancing. and i hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th olympic games held in beijing!

雨，宇宙間的精靈，掙脫了雲層的羈絆，洋洋灑灑地飄落於大地。於靜寂的夜，悄悄滋潤萬物，將沉睡中的大地驚醒。 四季輪換，四時景色的變換，也帶來了雨聲那不同的景緻。春天的雨聲總是那麼悄然無聲的，“隨風潛入夜，潤物細無聲”，淅淅瀝瀝的，似乎怕驚醒在春夢中酣睡的萬事萬物;夏天的雨則顯得那麼的急躁，“雨足桔槔聲暫歇，翠蛙瓜豆已成行”，帶給人們一個驚喜後就匆匆離別;而秋天的雨卻是那麼的纏綿，似一位怨婦幽幽怨怨地流淌着她的眼淚，就如詩中所定的“秋陰不散霞飛晚，留得枯荷聽雨聲”，留給人一絲纏綿，帶給人一腔悲憤。最令人切記的當時冬天的冷雨，夾雜着狂嘯的北風，硬梆梆地砸着地上的一切，發着絕望的聲音，使人感到雨的滄涼。 我愛站在河邊聽雨。在斜斜的細雨中，不帶一件雨具，任由那蒙朧細雨拂在身上。風斜斜地吹拂，雨細細地飄灑。雨絲掉入河中，就如小孩子回到母親的身邊，“嗖”地鑽進懷抱就不見了，快得令人聽不到一絲聲音，只有那陣陣的漣漪還在昭示着它曾經到來。而細雨拂在臉上，就如春風拂面的感覺，涼涼的，好像孩子親吻在你臉上。蒙朧細雨中，張志和那副“青箬笠，綠蓑衣，斜風細雨不須歸”的詩情畫意也就躍然眼前，而自己的心聲也彷彿正在和雨聲一起跳動。這副消遙閒散、飄逸脫俗又有誰堪得?
其實，聽雨最好的時候還是在黑夜中。遠離了白日的塵世喧囂，把自己涌入黑暗中，點燃一支青煙，只有那忽明忽暗的煙火伴隨在你身邊。這時，你就會感到一切都會逃避得無影無蹤，四周一片靜寂，靜寂得可以聽到自己的心跳。此時如有細雨飄落，便能清晰地聽到它擊打在樹葉上、窗臺上的聲音，這是沉沉的。然後雨滴便從窗臺和樹葉上如玉珠般劃落，和大地親吻後砰然而碎，發出清脆的碎裂聲。如果用心去聽，似乎還能感受到它在和小草附耳細語，在和樹葉兒傾情歌唱。一切都被那顆寂靜的心靈所感受到，然後那顆心也開始和雨聲輕聲訴說，世界變得很靜，心境也變得異常的遼闊。 聽雨的時間一長，也似乎真的能感愛到雨的心語。最解人的還是三月小雨。就如詩中所寫的“天街小雨潤如酥”，在輕輕地叩問着人的心扉，滋潤着世上的一切;而最令人悲傷的當是那秋雨聲，“冷雨幽窗不可聽”，令人感到一種“自在飛花輕似夢，無邊絲雨細雨愁”的悲傷。而那雨打芭蕉的聲音總是顯得那麼低沉，有時又那麼的激昂，難怪鑑湖女俠秋瑾也發出了“秋風秋雨愁煞人”的無奈感慨。 不經意間，我恍然發覺那雨原是無聲的。它或如細絲、或如玉珠從天上靜靜地掉落，我所聽到的不過是那雨擊打樹葉、窗臺的聲音。但我想我還是聽到了雨聲，它正滴嗒滴嗒地從天上落下，它正呼呼地在空中飄蕩。我真的聽到了雨聲，那雨聲正在我的心中流淌，擊打着我的心扉。 正如一首小詩：
乍別行雲，悄依曲巷，憑風送入朦朧。 樓頭江畔，何處不相逢。 爲問歸期堪許?恐負了、暖燭春盅。 更無奈，空牀夢憶，舊裳付誰縫。

I have a dream today.
I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.
Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.
However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.
Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.
