Ever since then, the goals of World Expos have been both high-minded as well as commercial. Visitors are able to explore the world outside of their everyday experience—outside cultures, new scientific advancements, and new inventions. World Expos have excited and inspired more and more people in the world.
On December3, 20xx, the Bureau of International Expositions (or call it BIE) announced that Shanghai will host Expo20xx. the BIE had received bids from five cities to host Expo20xx. Among the 5 nice cities, the BIE chose Shanghai at last! It’s really an exciting news for not only Shanghainese, but also all of Chinese people. Here are some details about it.

召開家長會的目的是爲了加強學校與家庭，老師與家長之間的聯繫，讓我們架起心靈溝通的橋樑，爲孩子們的健康成長共商教育大計，讓我們更好的教育您的子女，讓孩子們健康成長。
巴蜀中學最有名的是管理和上的特色，請聽我簡單介紹。
一、學校特色：
從學校層面上講，我校建校不久，能做出理想的成績在於管理，我校實行封閉式管理，不管是週末回家出校，外出買東西出校，還是平常出校，一律憑專用假條出校，走讀生憑走讀證出校。不管是平時午休還是週末，每個年級安排有值班教師清點學生，要保證該在學校的一個不差，該在家的一個不少。食堂、小賣部、小吃等地方也有教師值班，以保障學生就餐安全。
老師們在教學中嚴格按照集體備課的要求，五統一，即統一資料，統一進度，統一課件，統一作業，統一思路，實現所有的資源共享，以達到年級的最佳組合。我校的考試很有特色，有周考，月考，半期考，期末考等多種形式，完全是以考代練，學生已經養成了自覺考試，獨立考試的習慣，因此無人監考的情況下學生的成績也基本真實。[蓮山 課件]
二、班級簡介：

一、抓住起步，向起跑線要效能
如果孩子國小的英語沒有學好，那相對來說，現在學得會比較累;同樣地，如果現在不學好英語，那將來的英語學習也是不難想象的。如果有心的家長仔細觀察的話，會發現國小英語的詞彙量與語法是和國中所學有着一定聯繫的，起着一個推進的作用。所以我們只有現在打下良好的基礎，纔不會導致英語越學越難、越學越差七年級，是一個嶄新的起點、是一個完全可以打牢和鞏固基礎的時候，也是培養學習習慣和學習方法的最佳時機，我認爲各位家長一定要高度重視這個關鍵時期。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次說：英語好難，我默不出來;就任由他去。你讓你的孩子知道：今天，你花大時間去養成好習慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業就會更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長說過：“要把培養孩子當作自己的事業來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點，相信你的孩子會給予你更多的回報!
二、抓住課堂，向四十五分鐘要效率
現在通過一段時間的學習，學生與學生之間已經拉開了差距。“向四十五分鐘要效率”，是我讀書時的一句流行語，到今天我認爲還是很實用。課堂的重要性絕對是“重中之重”，一些好的學生學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踊躍發言，課後及時鞏固，形成了良性循環的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭並進，我爲他們感到欣慰。可也有一些學生，平時學習馬虎，基礎不紮實，功虧一簣，導致他們現在課上聽講出現困難，用他們自己的話說：“我聽不懂。”聽不懂，還不努力，書面作業拖拉不交，口頭作業根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的學生還是處於中間層次，老師所教的，所佈置的作業能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在着個體差別。儘管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個臺階。
三、抓住方法，向好學習習慣要效果
教師是最直接的知識傳授者，有着“教書育人”的責任。當然，只有通過和家長共同的努立來幫助孩子學好英語，才能讓孩子更好的發揮出他們的智慧，我們要和孩子共同成長。
(1)多聽錄音。加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然後纔是讀寫能力的培養。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，爲此，家長一定要配合來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以後，跟着說。就考試而言也一年比一年注重聽力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。
(2)多說英語。要每天抽出至少15分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當天有無英語課。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利於清楚地表達自己的口語，也有利於加深印象、鞏固記憶。
