大家早上好！今天我演講的題目是《蓄勢待發，全力以赴》。
距離會考還有5天，再過5天，九年級的學長學姐們就要踏上會考的考場，爲自己的夢想作最後的衝刺。三年來，你們用辛勤的汗水譜寫了青春的篇章，所走過的每一步，都是成功必不可少的保障。沒有失敗的理由，只有志在必得的信心。承載的夢想、肩負的希望，在六月化爲前進的力量。不退縮、不彷徨，不讓自己留下遺憾。
三年或許很長。但是人的成長就像一棵樹，總要經過播種、澆水、施肥，日復一日，年復一年，最終才能成爲堅忍不拔，枝繁葉茂的參天大樹。正所謂養兵千日，用在一時，會考將見證你們的輝煌。相信在會考過後，所有的奮鬥、努力和拼搏，換來的'是沉甸甸的收穫、滿滿的行囊。
三年中，你們也許經歷過挫折和困難，受過批評和指責，曾經哭泣，曾經難過。但是風雨不能阻擋奔跑的堅強，因爲一分耕耘一分收穫。大家可曾聽過一首歌《向前衝，爲了夢》，歌詞中寫道：“向前衝，爲了夢，突破極限的感動，超越自己就成功。畫出勇敢的彩虹，拼搏爲了永恆的光榮。”
九年級的學長學姐們，決戰的狼煙已經點燃，衝刺的戰鼓已經擂響，用你們的實力捍衛自己的榮譽吧，用行動超越自己，衝過終點成就夢想！

我們常常不知道自己該做些什麼。
曾經的夢想變得越來越模糊，我們不知接下來該怎麼辦。

一隻新組裝好的小鐘放在了兩隻舊鐘當中。
兩隻舊鐘“滴答，滴答”，一分一秒地走着。
其中一隻舊鐘對小鐘說：“來吧，你也該工作了。可是我有點擔心，你走完3200萬次以後，恐怕便吃不消了。”
“天哪，3200萬次。”小鐘吃驚不已，“要我做這麼大的事?辦不到，我辦不到。”
另一隻舊鐘說：“別聽他胡說八道。不用害怕，你只要每秒‘滴答’一下就行了”。
“天下哪有這樣簡單的事情。” 小鐘將信將疑的說，“如果是這樣的話，我就試試看。”
小鐘很輕鬆地每秒鐘“滴答”擺一下，“滴答”再擺一下，不知不覺中，一年過去了，它擺了3200萬次。
勵志感悟：
每個人都希望夢想成真，成功卻似乎遠在天邊，遙不可及，倦怠和不自信讓欠懷疑自己的能力，放棄努力。
其實，我們不必想一月、甚至一年之後的事，只要想着今天我要做些什麼，明天我該做些什麼，然後，努力去完成，就像這隻小鐘一樣，每秒“滴答”擺一下，成功的喜悅就會慢慢浸潤我們的生命。
