更重要一點，我們的中國夢，之所以是人民夢，它最終着眼點要落腳到爲了人民的幸福，也就是什麼叫中國夢?中國夢首先要體現在你要保證人民更加幸福，更加幸福最直接的是什麼?要在生活上解決人民的民生夢，讓我們的老百姓，上學能有學校，而且學費還不高，工作，能找到工作，而且收入還不低，我們生了病了，去醫院看病去，還有醫保給我們解決大部分藥費;老了，社保養老，我們不用擔心自己到了晚年沒有地方住。這是什麼?這就是我們每一箇中國人實實在在的民生夢，這個民生夢是我們人民夢的第一個層面。如果我們的中國夢不能解決人民羣衆過得更好、吃得更好，能喝上乾淨的水，呼吸上清潔的空氣，或者再說句最直白的話，在自己家門口就能買到放心的奶粉，不用跑到那麼遠去，還遭受別人白眼，這是什麼?這就是實實在在的，與每一個人切身利益相關的生活品質的提高，這是我們的第一層的夢。但是，僅僅是這一層面還不夠。隨着中國經濟社會發展，人民羣衆吃飽、穿暖，過上好日子，這是在經濟方面獲得溫飽乃至小康，這是一件理所當然的事情，這也是件順理成章的事情。甚至我們可以說，就像你剛纔講的的，在很多方面、很多老百姓，這個夢想已經基本實現了。我們要看到，我們還有第二個層面，人民夢還體現在人民的尊嚴上，讓我們的人民羣衆生活得更加有尊嚴。我們的權利得到保障，我們的勞動是體面勞動，我們不需被迫每天加班七八個小時，我們就算出於工作需要，需要去加班，加了班之後，能拿到三倍、四倍的工資，能夠免受遭到恐懼的壓力，我們現在發了工資了，就可以大大方方地把這錢花掉，不用擔心將來沒錢養老。
