There are many places of interest in GuTian, such as Linshuigong,?Cuiping Lake and so on. Cuiping Lake is a beautiful place. The water is clean and not polluted. There are all kinds of fish in it. You can go boating, go fishing and have a picnic there. It is really a good place to spend your holiday.

一個星期天，我寫完了老師佈置的作業，閒着沒事，就在家裏拿起一本書看。突然，我看見壺的蓋子不停地跳動，我把水倒進暖瓶裏，腦子裏突然有種想法在閃動，如果水開了看不見，水壺不就燒化了嗎？我們家就曾燒化了一個水壺，因爲當時全家人都不在家。我得想個辦法，防止把水壺燒化，我靈機一動，如果把一個鈴鐺系在壺蓋上，再把一根小繩系在一個釘子上，然後，把釘子釘在牆上，水一開，鈴鐺不就響起來了嗎？

我先做做看看能不能成功，說做就做，我把我想的按照順序做起來，先把鈴鐺系在壺蓋上，再把釘子釘在牆上，然後把一根有細又長的小繩子掛在上面，我把水裝進壺裏，過了幾分鐘，鈴鐺果然響起來了，而且鐵絲也沒有斷，我高興地又蹦又跳，並把我的小發明告訴了爸爸，爸爸笑眯眯的說：“不錯，不錯，真是個心靈手巧的好孩子。”聽到了爸爸的誇獎，我心裏像喝了蜜一樣甜。從此，我家的水壺再也沒被燒化過。

從這件事中，我明白了一個道理：取得優異的成績是不容易的，要付出艱辛的勞動。無論做什麼事，都不能半途而廢，只要有耐心，就一定會把事情做成功。
