本文據證明，受託人在此宣稱，從該轉讓日起，已爲委託人以信託而持有並將繼續持有該住宅，該住宅的收入和利潤及銷售或處理時所得的收益，受託人在此同意，在該委託人要求時將該住宅轉讓、轉移或作其他處理給委託人，或按委託人指示或指定在其時或以其指定的形式轉讓給其指定的人。

disposeofthesaidpremisestotheprincipalatthesaid(principal)requestor

tosuchpersonorpersonsatsuchtimeortimesorinsuchmannerasthesaid

principalshalldirectorappoint.

並在此聲明，在本文據存在期間，一受託人有權指定新的或額外的受託人。
