我叫，學習的是通訊技術專業。大四的學業已經接近尾聲，爲了在走出社會之前打好基礎，能更好地揚帆前行，我到了網通營業廳進行實習，一下是我實習的自我鑑定。 在公司領導的正確領導下，在上級的指導、在同事的共同努力下，我按照領導確定的工作思路，以微笑服務爲己任，以顧客滿意爲宗旨，立足本職、愛崗敬業、紮紮實實地做好基層營業工作。現對自己全年的工作總結如下：一、勤奮學習，與時俱進理論是行動的先導。作爲網通基層服務人員，我深刻體會到理論學習不僅是任務，而且是一種責任，更是一種境界。一年來我堅持勤奮學習，努力提高理論水平，強化思維能力，注重用理論聯繫實際，用實踐來鍛鍊自己。

1、注重克服思想上的“惰”性。堅持按制度， 實習報告前言，按計劃進行理論學習。首先不把理論學習視爲“軟指標”和額外負擔，其次是按自己的學習計劃，堅持個人自學，發揚“釘子”精神，擠時間學，正確處理工作與學習的矛盾，不因工作忙而忽視學習，不因任務重而放鬆學習。

2、注重理論聯繫實際。在工作中用理論來指導解決實踐，學習目的再於應用，以理論的指導，不斷提高了分析問題和解決問題的能力，增強了工作中的原則性、系統性、預見性和創造性。 簡而言之，大家都要立志成爲一個道德高尚、才智傑出的人，可從來都沒有用一個明確而清晰的標準來要求過、衡量過自己，這讓大家時感困惑。現在中國移動給了我們一把很好的鑰匙——正德厚生臻於至善。這八字雖少，但意義非凡。正德厚生，即正身之德、厚民之生;臻於至善，即不斷追求完美，是從優秀到卓越的有力體現。

沒有長盛不衰的行業，景氣的時候大家都可以一團和氣，但是一旦有哪怕短時間的寒冬期，老闆和員工的利益一定是衝突的，你必須做出抉擇。

如果覺得BOSS、領導可靠也講義氣，那就跟好上級，難關挺過去了他有肉吃你就有湯喝，下屬走了可以再招。

如果覺得團隊優秀而公司坑人，那麼請和你的團隊站在一起幫他們爭取利益，就算哪天公司真不行了，能帶一個團隊出來即使不自主創業也不缺人要。

最怕的是屁股坐在中間，既搞不定領導也搞不定團隊，做個六七八年也沒有專長，只能在高不成低不就的職位間橫向跳槽、原地踏步。

從買家角度來看，速賣通佔據的買家流量達到國內京東的水平，eBay和京東大抵相當，亞馬遜北美站已經可以和國內淘寶相提並論了，亞馬遜全球買家流量相當於5個速賣通了。

從賣家數量來看，亞馬遜，速賣通及其它平臺的賣家數量大概是150萬左右。而國內的天貓，淘寶，京東的賣家數量已經達到了1500萬了。由此可見，跨境電商競爭環境還是比較溫和的，賣家朋友們還是有機會的

但電商運營其實是進入門檻較低、但進階能力要求極高的職業。

前途無量的，只有職責相當於大半個CEO的電商運營負責人，其他運營職位很大程度上都是具有高可替代性的螺絲釘。而一家公司需要幾個電商決策人?答案是1個。

1、本人性格開朗大方，待人熱情真誠，有較強的溝通能力;爲人誠信開朗，勤奮務實，工作積極、腳踏實地;具有豐富的項目經驗，既能夠獨立承擔項目任務，又能夠融入團隊進行有效的協作;擁有項目的規劃、管理經驗;有豐富的嵌入式軟件工作經驗，精通基於DSP環境的視頻、圖像相關算法優化。

2、擁有五年以上的項目設計和管理經驗，兩年以上大型門戶網站項目管理，團隊管理經驗，良好的團隊合作精神，精通高訪問量的B/S架構的系統開發，設計和管理。

3、對嵌入式平臺下的遊戲模擬器、電子書閱讀器有較深入的研究;良好的代碼編寫風格，認真負責的工作態度，對新技術有濃厚興趣，有志於從事智能視頻監控、圖像識別、人工智能、物聯網等領域相關工作。

4、有5年軟件項目開發經驗，勤奮踏實，工作認真負責，自學能力強;性格開朗，容易與人相處，注重團隊協作精神，且能承受較大壓力。
